What a bitch!

Really hating myself, I do as she says because the last thing I want is for her to cause problems right now. I don’t think I’ve felt like punching anyone the way I do right now, and she’s my sister, which is kind of sad.

Before I know it, both Reece and Phoenix are kissing their brides and everyone is cheering. Reece turns and hugs me tight, kissing me on the forehead before moving along to our sisters. He reluctantly hugs Sarah, but quickly lets her go before going back to his bride and doing a ‘man hug’ with Liam, Donovan and Phoenix.

Donovan looks at me with a frown on his face and I try to tell him with my eyes that it’s because of Sarah. I don’t think he gets it though, but as the brides and grooms take their place to walk down the aisle, Sarah sidles up next to Donovan who looks startled. His eyes meet mine over the top of Sarah’s head.

I’m frozen in place not knowing whether to shove her out of the way or to keep my mouth shut and hands to myself. But she’s pushing the limits with me now. Donovan is my guy and I’m going to fight for him if that’s what she wants.

Seeing Sarah’s distraction with Mom talking to her, I slip behind Robin, and slide my hand into Donovan’s. With a slight tug, he’s now standing beside me with a crooked grin on his handsome face.

“You’re asking for trouble,” he whispers against my ear causing a shiver to run straight down my spine to my pussy.

“As long as you’re the trouble then it’s fine with me.” I press my chest briefly against his arm and hear his breath rush out through his lips when he feels my erect nipples.

He leans down to say something else when we both spot Sarah fuming in front of us.

Oh what fun.

“Ignore her babe. Don’t let her ruin today for you.”

“It’s not me I’m bothered about.”

“I know. C’mon. Let’s follow everyone out. I think we have some photographs to crash,” he says grinning.

Chapter Twenty-Two

Donovan

My balls are so tight to my body right now that I’m frightened to move. Mara has completely blown me over in the hot-as-fuck dress that she’s wearing, and now while she’s dancing with an uncle, I can’t take my eyes from her breasts, which are swaying gently as she moves.

We sat opposite each other during the meal, which didn’t go down too well with Mara, but for me I felt relief although it was short lived. Every time I glanced in her direction she was doing something suggestive. Whether it was eating a breadstick or sucking on the spoon with the sorbet on its tip. But little does she know that I’m planning on getting my own back on her tonight with a slow seduction. At least that’s the plan, but with how much she’s teasing me, I’m not sure I’m going to last to make it slow.

“You look ready to burst,” Liam comments sitting next to be me.

“You have no idea,” I mumble against my longneck.

“Little Mara sure has grown up. Even though there’s only one woman for me I still had to do a double take earlier. Thought I was seeing things.” Liam shakes his head. “And if I’m not mistaken, she’s done nothing but look in this direction since she’s been on the dance floor. You should go up there and ask her to dance.”

I watch her from beneath my lashes, and without taking my eyes from her, I reply to Liam, “That’s not such a good idea. Reece would flip.”

“Reece isn’t here. He worked out during the meal what kind of boots Callie is wearing so he’s spent the rest of the time trying to work out how to get a look up her dress.” He grins. “They’re in the barn.”

On his wedding day as well, but then, if you can’t fuck your bride in the barn on your wedding day then there isn’t much hope for you.

“Donovan for fuck’s sake, get up there before someone else snaps her up when it’s you she really wants.”

I don’t need telling twice.

My feet have a mind of their own as I watch Derek from the car place in town about to make his move on her. I don’t think so buddy.

Moving in quickly, I slide my arm around Mara’s waist and turn her in my arms. Her whole face lights up when she realizes it’s me. Her arms wrap around my neck as I fit her snug against me. Not an inch between us.

“I missed you,” she whispers against my ear just before I feel her tongue swirl around my lobe.

“Behave.” I press her tight against me and groan when she does a slight rotate with her hips against my hard dick.

The music changes to Emeli Sandé, Beneath You are Beautiful. Hardly moving, we gently sway around the dance floor. My objective is to escape through the marquee’s back entrance to have a private five minutes with my girl. God knows I deserve it. I kept my distance after we walked backed down the aisle together. It was either that or kidnap her for the rest of the day.
