“Are you satisfied now?” I asked Beau.

He turned around and gave me a look that made fire race through me. “Not at all.”

Shit. I wanted to pick up where we’d left off when chaos had erupted at the shop, but doing so would only make me as stupid and easily swayed as he thought I was.

“Everything’s fine. I’m ready for you to leave now.”

Beau nodded. “I’ll pick you up at six forty-five tomorrow.”

“What?”

“You heard me.”

“You’re telling me you’re going to leave work to drive all the way here to pick me up and drive me back there.”

“Like I told you, you’re not getting hurt on my watch.”

“Then maybe I should stay here instead of going to the shop tomorrow.”

He raised his brows. “You trying to get out of our deal?”

“If you’re concerned the deal is now life-threatening for me, then—”

“I told you I would protect you. Be ready when I come to pick you up in the morning.” He marched toward the front door, and I followed right on his heels.

“I’m driving myself in the morning.”

“In what?”

That’s when I realized I didn’t have a car there. The Ferrari was at Beau’s waiting to be fixed and my SUV was there as well since I’d driven it to work, then ridden home in Beau’s car. “I’ll have someone bring me a car.”

He snorted. “Isn’t it convenient how you have an endless supply.”

“My family has worked hard to get where we are.”

He rolled his eyes.

That was it. I’d had all the mocking, the teasing, the fucking arrogance from him I could stand. I shoved at his chest. He didn’t budge, and that only made me angrier.

I shoved him again, harder this time. He took a step back, but his hands came up and clasped around my upper arms.

I expected a tirade from him. Instead, he just looked at me. I couldn’t look away. I was breathing hard, heat racing through my body. I know longer knew if I was truly angry or if I just wanted him.

“You don’t have to fight everything,” he said

“Sometimes fighting is part of the fun.”

I wasn’t sure I’d actually said that out loud until his lips crashed down on mine. He turned us around so I was the one with my back to the wall. He pushed me back, pinning me there as his mouth devoured me. I was shocked at first, but then I opened under his assault and gave back just as hard as I got.

The kiss was rough and thorough, and Beau had me hard and aching in mere seconds. He ground his hips against mine, and I met him thrust for thrust.

“Why do you feel so fucking good?” he murmured against my lips.

“I was just made that way.”

Beau jerked me away from the wall and walked me backward while still kissing me. I managed to pull away long enough to shake my head. “No. Not on Remy’s couch. Too… No.”

He chuckled and spun us around, making me dizzy as if his kisses weren’t doing that already. He moved us into Remy’s sunroom. “Fuck. That’s… his… favorite chair.”

“I don’t fucking care. He can deal with it.”

I was horrified. “Oh God. I can’t.”

“Yes, you can. You want to show me you’re as powerful as him, don’t you?”

“I…”

He sat in Remy’s reading chair and pulled me down so I was straddling him. “I’m not giving you a choice.”

“I feel so filthy doing this on his chair.”

“You are filthy. I bet I can make you do any dirty thing I think up.”

He could, but I wasn’t going to tell him that.

He gripped the back of my neck and pulled me down for another kiss. I opened my legs wider, fitting myself against him.

He groaned as I worked our hard cocks together. God, how had we waited this long. This had been inevitable, and now that I was touching him, I was dying for it. I didn’t care that he expected me to obey him or that he seemed to think he owned me now. I was sure he would push me, force me to do things I wouldn’t allow any other man to do, but I didn’t care about that either. I was fucking desperate.

He gripped my ass with his free hand, digging his fingers into me and holding me tight against him.

“Fuck,” I gasped as he thrust against me.

“If we start this, no other man touches you, you got that.”

I didn’t want any other men or women or people of any gender. I only wanted Beau. Maybe fucking him would get that out of my system, but I wasn’t optimistic. In fact, I was afraid it would only make me want him more.

He cupped my chin in one hand, tilting my head up and forcing me to look at him. “Answer me.”

“No one else. Just you.”

“That’s right. You’re all mine.”
