I nod my head, my breath hitching as my heart races.
“Yes, God, yes. I love you too, Hunter. I can’t wait to become Mrs. Lindstrom.”
He slides the ring on my finger, and presses his lips against mine. Our bodies meld together as we become one once more, and I sigh against Hunter’s broad form. After all, life is full of surprises, and I’m just so happy with the way things turned out. Now I get to spend my life being loved by Dr. Hunter Lindstrom, and I can’t ask for anything more.
