Just as she put the cell phone back down onto her desk, she saw that it was Seno and she smiled. What a hell of a night they all had last night. She had shown them a side of her she never knew existed until they came along. She loved them so much.

“Hey, Seno, how are you?” she asked.

“Good, baby. How are you? A little sore?” he teased. All because when she got up this morning she was a bit achy and kind of slow moving. But after a shower and some coffee then some kissing from her men, she was as good as gold. The only negative part was that Justice hadn’t been there. He got a call about four in the morning and headed to the department.

“Nope. Ready for round two in about five hours,” she said, noticing that it was nearly one o’clock.

“Have you eaten lunch yet?”

“Nope, why are you asking? Are you going to come by with something?”

“Actually, I got a call from Unc. He asked if it was okay if he picked you up for lunch today. He knows that we’re all taking extra precautions to keep you safe. We exchanged numbers last night at Ray Ray’s.”

“That’s great. I’m so glad he did that. I told you guys that he’s a good man, and really cares about me.”

“I know he does. That was quite obvious yesterday. Anyway, of course we said it was fine, but we just want you to text us and let us know

everything is okay. I know he’s retired law enforcement, but we still worry.”

“Not a problem. When will he be—”

She started to ask what time Unc was coming when she saw him talking with Lionel as they walked into the main office. Lionel loved bullshitting with Unc. It was the whole law-enforcement thing.

“He’s here now. I’ll talk to you later.”

“Okay. Have fun. Love you, baby.”

“Love you, too,” she said as Unc walked in.

“Was that Seno?”

“Yes, he told me that you called him.” She stood up, straightened out her skirt and blouse, and then reached for her purse placing the cell phone inside of it.

“I hope you don’t mind. We exchanged numbers yesterday.”

“Of course not. I’m glad you called him. So where are we going?”

“I have this new place a little ways outside of the county. It’s fairly new. Opened up two weeks ago, but supposedly has a great steak over salad for you, of course, and a nice porterhouse for me.”

“Hmm, sounds delicious. Let’s go.”

They headed outside and got into Unc’s truck.

“You look very pretty by the way. You’re practically glowing today.”

She felt her cheeks warm and smiled. “Thanks, Unc. I’m very happy.”

“You’re really in love with four men?” he asked, sounding almost disappointed and disgusted. She looked at him.

“I love them, and it feels right.”

He held her gaze and without a word placed the truck into drive and off they went. She didn’t know why, but she felt as if Unc was still having difficulty accepting her decision of having a ménage relationship with the men. Why was he being so stubborn? He wasn’t that old, only in his early fifties. He looked a lot younger and was in great physical condition. But he was definitely having a hard time with this. What could she do to ease his mind?

“You seem upset, Unc. Is it that you’re worried that Justice, Mace, Seno, and Hunter could turn out like Paul?”

“I didn’t like Paul from the start. You were too good for him. Too beautiful and innocent. He corrupted you, and I’m afraid that these men will do even worse.”

“Unc, how could you say that? You met Seno and Hunter. You said you liked them.”
