“Oh, definitely.” I agreed, “I bet she found Fifty Shades of Gray too tame and went far, far down the rabbit hole.”

Rae nodded with a chuckle. Obviously, I was right. I wondered off hand if I could convince her to show me her Kindle.

“Have you shot for anyone I’d know?” Rae asked Fraser.

“Oh plenty, I’m sure.”

“You’re not going to tell me?” She asked, a fake pout on her lips.

“An artist never tells.” He winked at me like we shared some secret.

I didn’t know the secret, though. I wanted to. Fraser was a puzzle I’d yet to solve. He kept so many details about himself close to the vest. Even when we’d chatted at the bar earlier, he offered very little about himself. Other than being a regular at Temptations and flying in on the same chartered flight, Rae and I were on. I didn’t know his age. Until this moment, I hadn’t learned where he lived or what he did for a living. I barely knew what his sexual preferences were, except for the dirty shit we discussed as it pertained to sharing Rae.

“I think artists want to tell everyone. Isn’t that how you get more work? I think that once we wrap up dinner we should go back to Rae’s place, have her grab her kindle and we can have an evening of literary exploration, and Fraser can tell us if any of the book covers belong to him.”
