West’s love reaches right inside me and tears down all my expectations and barriers. I’m left a limp noodle as I slide down onto his lap after my orgasm steals my breath.

“I love you,” he says as he guides his cock into my body.

“I didn’t know I was capable of loving anyone like I do you.”

West rewards my words with the brightest smile. He remains the sun, warming my heart.

Sex overtakes our romantic notions. Vigorously bouncing on his impressively hard cock, I welcome as much of his size as possible. West’s hands stroke my back before cupping my jaw and kissing me like a man on fire.

Sensing him racing toward an orgasm, I tighten my pussy around his cock. West groans and wraps his powerful arms around my body as he fills me with his seed. My pussy, still sticky hot from my earlier orgasm, sucks at him hungrily.

We soak in each other’s heat while our bodies rest in place. My pussy offers gentle tugs at his softening flesh.

“Once we have our own place, we won’t need to rush to get our clothes back on,” he mutters when I reach back to retrieve my bra.

Soon, we’re cuddled on the couch, looking at floorplans and home styles on his phone. West likes a woodsy house with dormers, dark siding, and a large front porch. Unable to truly imagine the future he paints, I simply nod at his choices.

“Great news!” Juno announces from the front door. “Your father has arrived.”

Gary Toomey strolls in behind her. His still thick brown-and-gray hair is hidden under a faded blue ballcap. His trusty beige backpack is strapped to his back with likely all he has of value inside. His faded blue jeans are tattered around the knees, and his boots have clocked hundreds of miles over the years. His Miller Light shirt looks newer, likely something he stole from a gas station on his way down to Tumbling Rock.

“Hello, honey. Look at these fancy digs you’ve got.”

Even conflicted over his visit, I still smile and ask, “Safe trip, Gary?”

“Sure was. Met plenty of good people,” he says as his brown eyes take in the sight of the living room, West, and me. “Smells like you two were getting funky in here.”

“Yes,” I reply while West grunts his disapproval. “Fucking is good for the heart.”

“Oh, don’t I know it,” Gary says and rests his backpack next to the one chair in the room. “I saw the doctor last year. He said my heart was fit as a fiddle. Now you and I know I eat nothing but garbage, but I’m also good at keeping up with my lady visits. That’s all it takes to exercise the ticker.”

“Well, walking everywhere helps, too.”

“No doubt,” he says and flops into the chair before stretching his long, lean legs. “Fella, you probably already heard this story, but I tried joining your daddy’s club. This was back when Alexis was but a tiny bun in her mama’s oven.”

West frowns at me as if annoyed by how Gary doesn’t insist on formalities like introductions. “I hadn’t heard that, no.”

“Well, apparently, the feeling around the clubhouse was negative toward me, on account of my family name. People seemed to think I wasn’t trustworthy and would rat out the club.”

Juno shakes her head. “Seems unfair to blame you for your last name.”

“Yep,” Gary replies and takes the glass of water Zelda hands him. “However, I can’t say I blame those bikers. I was a bit of a thief back in the day.”

“The week before I left, you stole a woman’s purse,” I point out.

“Yep, I did. But she wasn’t a very nice person, so she brought negativity on herself.”

Zelda mutters, “No matter how rude I am to you, don’t steal our shit. Unless you want me to drop a negativity barbell on your head.”

While Gary chuckles at her threat, I smile at West, who shakes his head.

“By the way, I’m West Mercer. The man in love with your daughter.”

“Heard all that outside when I walked up,” Gary says before chugging his water. “Juno is very chatty.”

Juno smiles big. “I warned him to stay outside for a while to avoid seeing his daughter ravished.”

“You did ravish me, too,” I say and poke West’s hard stomach.
