“Then by all means, tell us,” Daniel added.

“I don’t have to tell you anything,” I quipped, instantly regretting it.

“Very well. Remove your clothes,” Alexander instructed.

“Not a chance.”

He rolled his eyes and within a few seconds, Brogan ripped the back of my sweater. How he was able to tear it away so easily was a further indication of his muscular strength. I hated myself for whimpering, but I couldn’t stop the noise from surfacing. I was both terrified and aroused, the combination sickening. There was no way around it, and I hated myself for it.

“You can finish the rest or I’ll do it for you,” Brogan whispered and the way his hot breath cascaded across my shoulders scorched my already tingling skin.

“Are you scared of us?” Alexander asked, his smile laced with even more evil than before.

“I’m not afraid of anything.” Why was I bothering to lie? I could tell I was shaking visibly, my breath skipping.

“You should be,” he stated, lowering his head. “I’m growing impatient.”

Brogan raked his fingers down my back, sending a skittering of sensations dancing down my spine, shooting directly into my aching pussy. I clenched my fists, determined to keep even one of them from getting to me.

There was no choice but to do as they demanded. I jerked away from Brogan, turning away from all three pairs of prying eyes. I was determined to do this on my own, no matter how ridiculous the thought seemed in my mind. I unfastened my jeans, biting my inner cheek to ensure not a single additional sound of woe was issued. As I started to peel the dense fabric over my hips, I knew at least one of the bastards was breathing like some wild beast. My God, the three men were terrible excuses for human beings.

When I pulled the jeans into my hand, my fingers curling around them, the various emotions racing through me couldn’t be categorized any longer. I was nothing more than a lost soul, the game I’d played with them amateurish in comparison to what they were capable of doing. I had no phone, no one I could contact to come to my assistance. All I had were my wits and remorse for my actions.

“Excellent,” Alexander said in such a husky, deep voice, I could barely hear the three little syllables. “Turn around. I’m hungry to see all of you.”

As if the bastard hadn’t before.

My knees threatened to buckle as I turned around, still clutching the jeans against my chest. They were soon removed from my hand by Daniel and for the first time, I witnessed the same kind of lust on his face as I’d seen in the other two. I could tell he was just as demanding as the others, but the slight difference in his eyes still gave me hope.

I threw another look at the unknown apparatus, my stomach lurching. What the hell were they going to do to me?

Daniel moved in front of me, blocking my view. “Are you going to behave?”

His question seemed rhetorical. What did he think I could do at this point? I had to give them what they wanted. “Yes.”

“Good girl.” He lifted his arm, forcing me to flinch. When his brow furrowed, I swallowed the hard lump in my throat. I hadn’t expected his rough actions as he wrapped his hand around my wrist, yanking me against him, forcing me to plant my palm against his chest. Everything about his light blue eyes was mesmerizing, but his cold, calculating gaze didn’t fit his shaggy blond hair or the casual way he was dressed. He didn’t appear like the monster I believed he could be, but looked instead like the man next door, or a model for an outdoors magazine.

“Your days of playing games are over, Miss Seductress.” Before I could stop him or react in any way, he crushed my body against his, capturing my mouth and pressing his hand against the back of my head. He pulled me onto my toes, his hold tightening.

I was shocked at the force he used, my chest tightening as he pushed his tongue past my lips, tasting and taking what he wanted. He smelled of earthy musk and a natural sex appeal, which only heightened his crazy and unforgiving nature. I could do little to protest his actions, yet in my mind I screamed in rebellion, defying him in my thoughts.

He was having none of it, dragging me further against him as the kiss became a passionate roar. I was completely immobile against the solid rock of a man, whimpering as his warm tongue continued to explore my mouth. Why was I drawn to him as much as to the others? Why were all the butterflies in the world converging in my tummy, defying my usual nature? And why did he have to taste so damn good?

I felt his determination, as if he wanted to ensure I was completely aware of his attraction and what he planned on doing to me. He wasn’t going to take a backseat to Alexander or anyone else. He was a force to be reckoned with. While I hated every moment, I found myself melting against him, enjoying the explosive heat he exuded. The man was starved, as if he’d waited forever to consume something that didn’t belong to him.

As the brutal kiss continued, I became lightheaded, no longer able to focus on anything around me except for the softness of his lips. After dominating my tongue for what seemed like hours, he pulled away, tangling his fingers in my hair as he grinned.

“You’re a sweet treat for the very soul, Dahlia. I think all three of us can’t wait to strip away your façade, seducing the woman inside.”

Façade.

The word troubled me more than he knew.

“I think the pool table will be perfect. Toss her over the edge.”

Alexander’s stern voice broke past the moment of strange intimacy, his harsh words more troubling than any he’d said before and there was no reason for my additional concern. But as I locked his eyes, I could tell he’d lost more than just his patience. I’d learned what Garrison was into, had pleaded with him to keep away from Alexander all those years ago. He’d refused to listen, laughing it off as if I was just a little girl with no understanding of what he was doing.

Maybe I’d been naïve at the time, but I could sense danger. My father exuded the same kind of cloud around him, his aura conveying power. I’d learned after I’d left my mother’s house to start my life that he’d crossed the same line of good versus evil more than once. Then again, I’d never really known the man. His visits had been almost nonexistent, the hatred my mother had for him so bitter that even when he had visited, I’d locked myself away in my room, holding my ears to keep from hearing the horrible words they’d said to each other.
