“Of course. It has everything. Adventure, action, fighting, drama, andchicks.” He grabs a handful of popcorn when I place the bowl on the table.
“Wow, when you put it that way, who can argue. But haven’t you seen it before?” I sit on the other side of the couch from him, folding my legs under me.
“Not this one. I usually don’t get much time for movies.”
Of course he doesn’t. He spends his nights in that fifth-floor room.
As if sensing my thoughts, he glances at me. We hold each other’s gaze for a beat before Zach turns his attention back to the movie.
That room is not a part of your life, Hope. You have to stop constantly thinking about it.
