“Your office?” My surprise was clear. “Why does a sniper need an office?”

His laughter washed over me, filling me with warmth. “I’m not down on the company payroll as hired gun, sweetheart.”

My cheeks burned with embarrassment. “Oops.”

“Yeah. Oops.” He shot me a look that showed me his eyes were twinkling, but his expression was hidden from me as we moved down into the basement parking. “Technically, I handle our security.”

“Oh.” There wasn’t much I could say to that, so I didn’t bother.

When we pulled into a space that was labeled with his name, I climbed out of the car and peered around. Wondering what we were doing, I moved over to him when he held out his hand, and together, we walked toward the elevators.

As it was a Saturday, and late, the elevator came immediately, and it was empty.

Within seconds, we were surging up through the skyscraper, and Eoghan had moved us so that he was behind me, our joined hands resting on my hip.

I could feel his dick burrowing into my ass, and my heart skipped a beat when his phone made an appearance in his other hand. He held it so I could see the screen, and my pussy began to ache when I read what he tapped out.

Eoghan:Conor. Security lights out in my office. Two hours.

Two seconds later, he got a reply.

Conor:Dirty fucker. Lights out engaged.

I could hear my pulse rushing in my ear, but when the elevator doors opened onto a glass expanse of pigeonhole offices?

It surged higher.

The offices all had clear partition walls, and around the perimeter of the building, where the windows were, you could see into the larger, executive offices too.

The windows overlooked the city, but more than that, office and apartment buildings alike.

A fine tremor whispered through me as he pushed me out into the space, and let me get my bearings, before he moved aside and started to walk me forward.

When we made it, my brows rose, because it was big. Very big. A corner office too. Seemed a damn waste for a position that was only in name and with no position behind it.

It overlooked the rest of the floor, the glass partitions here, too, making the doors really pointless.

He opened one and took a step inside first, making me hover outside. I wasn’t unaccustomed to that. Guards swept into a room to secure it, then I was allowed in, but this was different. We were alone.

“Take off your clothes.”

My heart plummeted at the command, even as my mouth grew dry and my pussy wet. “W-What?”

“You heard me.”

His stern tone had my mouth quivering.

I knew what the term ‘lights out’ meant—there were no cameras in here, and if guards had been scheduled to do a walkabout, it had been canceled.

But…

I looked over to Manhattan.

The whole frickin’ city could see in.

“I’m waiting.”

The back of my neck prickled, and I turned to look at him, saw he was seated at his desk. When had he moved?
