Instead, all the air left my lungs when my gaze locked on two hypnotic, piercing blue eyes.
The same hypnotic, piercing blue eyes I hadn’t been able to erase from my mind since I watched the gorgeous surfer walk away this morning.
Now he was here, in the same restaurant.
