Eric is right behind me, rushing to stop me from some travesty, but I’m not planning anything crazy. When he sees me grabbing Chaz’s toothbrush from the counter and heading towards the toilet, he stops and grins.

“Oh no. That’s not what you should do.” He grabs the toothbrush from my hands and sticks it down his pants, scratching his balls with it, grinning when he hands it back to me. I still dip it in the toilet water for good measure.

“Your services are appreciated.” I giggle and set it back on the counter just as I found it.

It’s childish and nasty, but I can’t help but think Chaz deserves it. He had me targeted, and while it turned out for the better, after seeing all the shit he’s done and realising just how much of an asshole he is, there’s no one who deserves to brush their teeth with toilet water and ball sweat more.

“Get your asses out here,” Gage snarls. “It’s time to go.”

Eric and I high-five as we rush from the room, giggling like children, but it’s the sudden headlights flashing across the windows that has us pausing.

“Shit,” Booker spits out.

We rush downstairs, but before we can head towards the door we entered through, the front doorknob begins to jiggle.

“Fuck,” Archer snarls and shoves all of us into the nearest room, the dining room, but no. That’s not what I want to happen.

This is it. This is the opportunity I need.

I glance at Archer through my mask, and I know he can see my decision reflected in my eyes.

“Don’t,” he orders, but despite his command, I know he understands I’m going to do it anyway.

As Chaz fucks around with the front door, trying to figure out why his code isn’t working, I step out of the room and stand there, waiting for the moment the door will open.

“Fuck. Shit. Motherfucker,” Gage rumbles, but as a unit, my four guys step out of the dining room and take up positions around me like a force of anger.

We stand there, me in front with my chin tipped up, our masks grinning grotesque expressions, as Chaz fucking Dandridge finally gets the door open and steps inside with a woman I recognise as an heiress looking annoyed behind him. To her credit, she sees us right away and pauses, but Chaz steps inside fully, dragging her with him, and closes the door.

When he notices her expression and turns to see what she’s looking at, he finds us waiting.

The scream that leaves his lips could shatter the chandelier above us. I half expect the crystal to come raining down. Hell, the woman doesn’t even scream.

When the high-pitched scream dissipates, I smile, even though he can’t see it.

Let the games begin.
