This girl is sharp as a tack…

“Which entrance shall I use?” Rahul asked as the car approached Berea High School, a large building that was erected in 1929 and had a mix of both gothic and post-modern architectural features thanks to multiple additions over the years.

“Turn in here at the front and follow the bus lane,” Cara instructed.

“That’s a big school,” Coop announced as he leaned over in front of Cara to peek out the window on her side of the car.

Good God he smells wonderful…

“It used to be one of the biggest schools in the area, but our student population has really dropped over the past decade. It’s a great town to live in so most people never leave. Now, there’s too many people without kids,” Cara explained.

“You smell good…” Coop whispered in Cara’s ear as he settled back in his side of the car.

“So do you…” Cara answered, blushing.

“Is it open?” Coop asked, nodding towards the school.

“I doubt it, especially this late on a Friday,” Cara answered. “Besides, I want to take you to stop number 3.”

“Ah, yes, the mystery spot,” Coop recalled.

“Rahul, do you know where the Coe Lake Gazebo is?” Cara asked.

“Is that the one by the public library?” Rahul answered.

“That’s the one!” Cara replied.

“As you wish, Miss Cara,” Rahul said with a smile.
