Belle

I’m so relieved when I collapse on the bed. Neal and I walked through the airport longer than necessary trying to find the parking garage. What’s worse is we entered our hotel through a door that turned out to be the food court. We ended up walking what felt like miles to find the front desk to check in. After we checked in, we spent the next two hours aimlessly exploring the casino, the exhibits, and the stores in our hotel before our room was ready. All of that walking left my feet thumping like each foot had its own heartbeat.

Neal left to get our luggage from the bell desk. I suggested that we just call the bellhop, but he said he’s always too overwhelmed with how much he should tip them.

“What’s too much? What’s not enough? I always ask them how much they want, and they just say, ‘give what you think is enough’. It’s too much pressure,” he’d said before he walked out shaking his head. I wish he’d stayed and rubbed the aches out of my feet. We could probably pick up where we’d left off in that airport bathroom. I gasp, suddenly remembering the looks we got from almost every person that laid eyes on us.

I slap my palms to my face, rolling over to shove my head into one of the pillows, and scream my mortification into the cushion. When I come up for air, my face is hot. I imagine I look like the belly of a vermillion flycatcher.

My phone chirps with a vibrating text message making me jump. I pat my body, breasts, butt pockets, hip pockets, before finally finding it under my thigh tangled in the comforter. My sister, Lily’s, name appears in bold black letters against a white message block and beside the green message Icon. Before I can even unlock the phone and read the message, my screen brightens with a picture of Lily that I assigned to her contact in my phone years ago signaling a phone call. Her voice comes through the speaker before I can even get the phone to my ear let alone say anything.

“Why didn’t you answer my text?” she demands, her tone curt.

“Lil, you texted me literally seconds ago,” I sigh. I drag my feet to the side of the bed to pull myself into a seated position.

“Seconds?! It’s definitely been two minutes at least! You didn’t even text me when you landed! I was sure your plane crashed! I’ve been googling news stories! You know how nervous I was for you to get on a plane after I watched those Manifest episodes and–”

“Please stop yelling!” I snap. I can feel my heart thumping in my chest as my annoyance slightly darkens my mood. I’m exhausted. The last thing I want to hear is a lecture from Lily because she freaked her own self out about nothing.

Taking a slow, deep breath I say, “We landed. We’re in our room. Please leave me alone.”

“Fine, but you better tell me when you board the plane to come home,” she says.

“For a younger sister, you sure are bossy. Go away,” I reply, picking at my nails. I hear the click of the lock and the swish of the door before Neal rounds the corner with our luggage. His wide smile makes my stomach flip, and I feel my annoyance dissipate instantly.

“I gotta go,” I say to Lily and hang up before she can reply.

Neal leaves our bags in front of the bed, emptying his pockets of his wallet, phone, and room key before crawling in to cuddle behind me. My skin prickles in goosebumps as I relish the feel of his body heat against my back.

“Who was that?” he asks, pressing soft kisses onto the back of my shoulder.

I hear myself sigh again. “Lily.”

He laughs, his brown eyes sparkling with amusement. “I’m sorry, babe. I forgot to remind you to text her.”

“I don’t forgive you,” I say, looking back at him with a smile.

“Mm, I’ll have to think of a way to make it up to you,” He says, his warm lips on my skin. I shiver, craving whatever it is that he’ll come up with. Though I have no idea what to expect, I know from experience how good it’ll feel.

“Actually, I have something in mind now.”

His hand on my side, he turns me over and pulls me on top of him to straddle his hips. My heavy breasts bounce from the sudden movement, catching his eye. He sits up to meet me, his lips on mine before I can say or do anything. The icy taste of mint overpowers my tongue, and I wonder for a moment where and when he’d gotten a peppermint.

I’m not distracted for long because his hands are on my breasts, and he’s teasing and pinching my nipples. Moaning, I grind my naked pussy against the bulge in his pants, secured upwards on his navel by the waistband of his underwear and jeans. His hands are in my long, blonde hair, gripping at the roots to angle my mouth where he wants it. He uses his other hand to work my hips back and forth. The rough feel of his jeans against my exposed clit makes a sticky liquid start to darken his light washed pants in just one spot.

For the second time, an Iphone ringtone sounds through the room. We both pause for just a moment, and then Neal’s hand grips my hip tighter and his tongue swirls around mine. My stomach tightens and pressure is building in the walls of my pussy. If he keeps this up, I’m going to come all over his pants. And then, one of our phones ring again. Neal growls in frustration, pulling away from me and snatching his phone up off the bed.

“What!” he snaps into the phone.

It takes me just a minute to swallow down the crushing disappointment of being so close and getting so much of nothing. I see Neal make an effort to calm down by taking deep breaths and blowing them out of his mouth. His minty breath tickling my nose makes me want his mouth all over again.

He pulls the phone from his ear and puts it on speaker just in time for me to hear both his brothers on the other end. One older, one younger.

“Damn, we just wanted to see if y'all made it yet,” the older, Jace, says, a laugh in his voice. I roll my eyes with a giggle and climb off of Neal.

“We probably interrupted something,” the younger one, Luke, says, his tone also amused.
