I want Stefan to kiss me so badly I’m shaking. His small smile and haunting eyes tell me that he knows exactly what he’s doing. I’d grab his face and steal a kiss if I wasn’t already in so much trouble. I couldn’t help it. I’d only meant to touch myself for a couple seconds, just to feel a ghost of the pleasure I hoped to expect from him, but once I’d started, his eyes, his hands, his mouth flashed through my mind. I couldn’t stop myself, and before I knew it, my pussy was pulsing and thrashing in orgasm. I really didn’t mean to, but his eyes are blue fire as he considers me, regardless.

He stands in my small condo leaning against the bar that splits the kitchen off from the living room, the distance between us literally aching. I stand several feet from him on the other side of the coffee table. My heartbeat accelerates with each passing second of his eyes roaming slowly and sensually up and down my body.

This is the first time he’s ever been in my place, and I hate that I hadn’t straightened up a little before he came in. I’m too on edge to fully care though. What is he going to do to me? My excitement blazes, flipping through my stomach and tightening my pussy. My fingers twitch with the urge to touch myself under his gaze. His silence is driving me crazy.

“Come here,” he says finally. I linger just for a second, and then hurry across the room when his nostrils flare. Still not touching me, he straightens and stands to his full height, at least a head taller than me.

His fingers slip under the spaghetti straps of my dress and slide them down my shoulders. My skin comes alive with goosebumps. We both watch my breasts bounce out of the restraints of the dress, my dark pink nipples hardening from the sudden freedom. He cups one breast, his eyes blazing, and leans down to flick my nipple with his tongue. I grip his shoulders to stay on my feet, knowing that my knees are likely to buckle.

His beard scratches my chest as he moves to the other mound, twirling his tongue slowly, purposefully. He moves his kisses up my chest and over my collarbone. My head drops back as the top of my thighs grow wet and sticky. And then he stops. I learn that I’ve never truly known frustration before. Never. He tucks his finger under my chin and pulls my gaze to his.

“Ready to go?” he asks, using his other hand to pull the straps of my dress back up.

“No,” I snap through gritted teeth. His smile is slow.

“Tone,” he warns. “Come on. We’ll be late.”

The rundown buildings we park in front of are right on First Avenue, directly across the street from Railroad Park.

“Looks like we’re actually early. I don’t think he’s here yet,” Stefan mutters thoughtfully.

“Who?” I ask.

“The owner of these apartments. I’m hoping to get them under contract today.”

“Like to buy them? These? They look like shit.”

He laughs. “You have to see the potential.”

I scoff. Potential for what? To be torn down?

“There’s something we need to talk about and now’s a good time,” he says, checking his phone.

“Um.. okay.”

“Safewords.”

“Safewords? What are you talking about?”

He bites his lip looking down at his lap, his deep dimples exposed. Did I see something like nervousness shoot through his eyes? He peers out through the windshield still biting his lip. I’ll be damned if I’m not tempted to bite it as well.

“I have…” he pauses, looking up in thought. “Peculiar tastes, you can say. I don’t want to involve you in anything you haven’t consented to or aren’t okay with…” he pauses again.

His eyes scorch me when they finally lift to meet mine.

“I can’t get you out of my head, and I need you badly. I’ve never needed anyone, and I’ve never felt this way about anyone. If you will have me, I want to pleasure you in ways you can’t imagine. I want you to scream, I want you to shake, I want you to beg,” he takes a deep breath.

His hands clench tightly into fists, and his eyes burn blue flames. My breath is caught in my throat as my eyes widen. The now familiar hollow ache presses and throbs between my legs; my pulse pounds against my skin.

“That being said,” he goes on, his face a little more settled as if he’s regained some of his composure. “I don’t want to get too excited and go too far.”

“I–” My voice is hoarse. I clear my throat. “I don’t know what you mean.”

“You’ll see. For now, I need you to pick a safeword. I won’t touch you again until you do.” He looks down at my mouth and then below at my breasts before he drags his gaze slowly back up. His stare is like a slow, seductive caress over every part of my body that it touches.
