Hosting that reality show was a nonstarter, but the royal concert? That sounded... intriguing. The prospect of getting away for a bit, doing something no one expected? A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity with the potential to knock the Samantha Banks story out of their collective conscious?

“As of this morning, Rock Apple Brigade hadn’t accepted. Negotiations stalled because they asked for an honorarium. Why?” A small smile curved Bennie’s lips. “Have you changed your mind?”
Dani hadn’t changed her mind because she hadn’t known about it in the first place. But now that she did—
“You get me back in and I’ll give you a shot as my agent.” Dani stood and affected a British accent. “So, guv’na, do we have a deal?”
