My body reacts to his demand, and I start to whimper and shake, gritting my teeth from the explosive orgasm. I lose all reasoning and grind on his hand to fully enjoy the euphoric release.

Reid groans and sucks on my neck while massaging my soaked pussy. “So sexy,” he rasps. “So fucking sexy.”

At the ringing of my phone, I yank his hand out and stumble away, calming my hammering heart while I answer. “Michelle, hey.”

“Hey, Cassie. Be there in five.”

“Cool. I’ll meet you at the gates.” I disconnect and look at Reid. “You can’t do that again. We’re family.”

His jaw hardens. “Cassie, stop denying how you feel.”

“It’s hormones. It’ll go away.”

“You know it’s more than that.” He inches forward. “Spend the day with me, and I’ll prove it.”

I quicken inside and run upstairs to change my wet shorts and underwear, then pack a beach bag.

My god. I can’t believe I let him touch me again.

It can’t go further. We’re cousins.

Reid steps into the living room doorway as I descend the stairs. “Where are you going?”

“Hanging out with Michelle,” I say without meeting his gaze.

“Cass…”

At the sound of a car horn, I bustle from the house. I don’t stop until I reach Michelle at the gates.

We meet Nichole in town, hang out in the shopping district, then head to the beach in Bluff Point.

“Hey, Cassie!” Mark jogs over from a group of guys, dark hair and clothes damp as if he’s just been swimming. He looks in the direction I came, asking, “Reid isn’t with you?”

“She can have fun without her cousin,” Michelle jokes. “Want to go for a swim, Cassie?”

“Sure.”

We find a spot in the sand to set our things, and I haul the dress over my head and follow them into the ocean. We bob around in the water, talking and enjoying ourselves until we become hungry and return ashore.

While eating my burger, Mark comes over and sinks beside me. “So, how’s it going, Cassie?”

“Good.”

“You and Reid took off last night. You weren’t at the party long.”

The erotic moments from the night before and earlier bombard my head. It’s a struggle to fight down the emotions to speak. “Um, I was kind of tired.”

“I see.” He drinks some of his beer, watching me over the can. “I was worried someone annoyed you. Reid didn’t say anything, though.”

“Hmm.” Someone’s presence did annoy me. Bristol. I’m glad she left town and won’t be bothering Reid anymore.

“Are you seeing anyone in Philly?” Mark slides in smoothly, blue eyes glistening.

I shake my head while answering, “No.”

“Want to go out this week? Grab a bite and watch a movie?”

“Oh, um…” I brush aside the loose curl from my face and tuck it in the bun. “Reid…”
