“Show me where your bedroom is.”
Breathless, she gave a quick nod. “Back of the apartment. Second room.”
A moment later, he was lowering her to the unmade bed in her room.
“If I had known you were flying here, I would’ve cleaned.”
“Don’t care.” He followed her down to the mattress, his body half covering hers. “All I want is you.”
This level of happiness was intoxicating. “I love you so much.”
“Same.” He pushed her shirt up her stomach and kissed the bare flesh. “It’s almost hard to put it into words.”
“Words are overrated.” A tremor ran through her. “Just show me.”
“Challenge accepted.”
