Mia gave a firm nod. “I can do all of those things,” she declared.
“I think you can, too,” Roman said.
“Thank you, Daddy,” Mia said, throwing her arms about his legs again.
Roman chuckled and patted her back, then he bent down and kissed the top of her head. When he straightened, his gaze locked with Cara’s.
“You’ll be fine,” she mouthed.
