I’ve been wearing it as a bit of a dressing gown around the house.

“Oh—” I hug myself. “I don’t have anything on underneath it.”

She rolls her eyes like I’m the biggest pain in the world.

“Go on,” she tells her brother with a nod of her head. “Give her your shirt.”

Julian turns around to face me. He’s got two on actually, the black logo-print cotton-jersey T-shirt from Billionaire Boys Club that he’s wearing over the white lyocell and cotton-blend jersey T-shirt from Tom Ford. He offers me the black one and watches unflinchingly as I undo the buttons of my cardigan. He tilts his head, smiling a bit, and then takes off the undershirt without saying a word.

Daisy makes a disgusted sound. “I don’t want to watch you have sex.”

“So leave then,” Julian tells her without looking away from me.

He flings my cardigan at Daisy as I hold his shirt against me. I peer over at her as she walks out of the room, annoyed. I give her a small, grateful smile.

She rolls her eyes at me, but it’s less aggressive than before.

He waits for her to leave and then smirks down at me. Still using his shirt to cover my body, he plucks it from my hands, casting it aside. “We won’t be needing that anymore.”
