“Are you serious?” I ask.

“Don’t look so surprised. I pull some high-quality chicks from time to time,” Dylan says, looking somewhat insulted by my reaction.

“No. It’s not that. I’m just shocked since she fucked me last night too,” I tell him.

“What??”

“I know! She came at me like a cat in heat, and she was gone when I woke up,” I explain.

“She must have stopped by my room after. That’s funny. Well if it’s any consolation, he didn’t stay the night with me either,” Dylan says.

“Do you find it weird that she fucked both of us in the same night?” I whisper.

“I don’t know. I don’t think we’ve ever experienced this before,” Dylan responds.

“Exactly. I don’t know how to feel about it. I guess we need to take it as a win, though, right? I can’t really see anything wrong with the situation.”

“Yeah. We both got laid. Even if she needed to come to me to first,” Dylan agrees, throwing in a slight jab.

“Listen, I know she got off. But she needed a real man to finish her off,” I tell him.

“Whatever. Either way, this needs to go in the Bang Book,” Dylan declares.

“Absolutely. Does this unique situation give us more or less points than normal?” I muse.

“More! This sort of thing doesn’t happen every trip. This deserves a special score,” Dylan insists.

“Three points each?” I propose.

“Perfect.”

I take the Bang Book out of my laptop satchel and use my high-end ballpoint pen to complete the entry.

Every flight, Dylan and I score our sexual encounters. We usually score a brand-new hookup as one point and only give half of a point for repeat hookups. Exciting encounters, such as joining the mile high club or an exceptionally hot girl, can qualify for two or three points. Hazel obviously earns a three.

“Don’t you dare lose that while it’s in your care. That holds valuable history,” Dylan says.

“I am more careful with it than you are. I think I saw you put a coffee mug on it at your apartment,” I remind him.

“You can’t prove that,” he states.

“Well, we still have a tight game going,” I inform him.

“I know. I have the score in my head already,” Dylan assures me.

“Don’t slack during the next flight. I don’t want to embarrass you,” I tease.

“I’m not worried,” Dylan tells me.
