“Can you believe it’s already been two weeks since we’ve gotten back together?”

My couch is stuffed. Stuffed with Dylan, Hazel, and I, along with all of our snacks.

Movie night has become a weekly tradition. It really sets everything right with us. After all the traveling and schedule-flip-flops, it’s nice to have some time on the ground with them.

“For the second time? Or for the first?” Dylan says, trying to hide his smirk under a fistful of popcorn.

Hazel and I both are glaring and rolling our eyes at the handsome brunette.

“Don’t act like all three of us didn’t have a part to play in every single bump in our relationship.”

Hazel flings a twizzler at Dylan.

“Yeah!” I say.

I can see Dylan’s fist in the popcorn, and I know what he’s about to do.

“Don’t you dare.”

My thighs thrust me off the couch and in between them before Dylan gets the chance to throw his popcorn.

“What? I was going to eat all this, I swear.”

I’m not mad about taking Hazel’s spot in the middle. Honestly, I can see why she loves it here. It’s perfect. I’m surrounded by everything I could ever ask for in the world. I wrap my arms up and around Hazel's tiny frame and snuggle into her while I lean on Dylan’s sturdy body.

“Sure you were. Anyway, happy two weeks.”

I peck Dylan on the cheek and kiss Hazel's temple. I realize that I’m so fucking glad we’ve finally reached a point where it’s not weird anymore.

Surprisingly, I like being with Dylan as much as I like being with Hazel. I’ve even come to the conclusion that maybe Dylan being a man wasn’t what made it weird for me.

I think it’s the fact that he’s my best friend. If I had met Hazel as a best friend first, the change in relationship dynamic’s would have felt just as weird. At least, that’s what I’m telling myself for now.

Either way, kissing them both still makes my guts twist every which way.

I can imagine Hazel, on top of me, with her freckles dusting her skin and her full lips moaning my name. But at the same time, Dylan is always there with his strong thighs thrusting himself into her. His hands are anywhere and everywhere. On her, on me. It all feels amazing.

What’s just as amazing is doing the simple stuff like this, or going to and from work together, checking each other's schedules, planning dates. Somehow, it completes us.

Still, nothing tops being with my two favorite people, doing nothing but making jokes and watching movies- Hazel and Dylan always end up throwing popcorn and candy at each other playfully. I think they do it because they know how much I hate cleaning this couch. It drives me nuts, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

“Happy three weeks, Andrew.”

Hazel spins around in my arms and kisses me on the lips. It’s a sweet, warm kiss. She’s got no hidden agenda other than telling me that this is exactly where she wants to be. Her chin rests on my shoulder and I can feel Dylan lean down and kiss her lips.

“Yeah, yeah. Happy three weeks. We get it.”

“He’s so sentimental, isn’t he?”

Hazel’s laugh is a magical kind of music. Her body against mine is warm and I could squeeze her all night. Forever.

How did we get so lucky?

“Okay, Hazel. It’s your pick this week. I’ll bet almost anything it’swaybetter than Andrew's.”

“Really, dude? You picked Top Gun.”
