“Prankster”

“A good friend is like a four-leaf clover; hard to find and lucky to have.” – Irish Proverb

Matrix and I had beenengaged in a fun game of pool when Obsession walked her beautiful ass in the clubhouse. Her pants were so tight I could see her religion. I can’t lie, I wanted that woman more than any other. Ever. Even more than my deceased wife. It was times like this that made me think about my red headed beauty, Natalia, the most. It had been five years, and the ache was still strong. I missed her and my son every day although being around Obsession was starting to make me come alive again. It was scary, but I liked it just the same.

I enjoyed our time together last night, but Sharon was back to her Obsession persona. I had to admit, the bright red wig she was wearing today had my dick hard. It was parted down the middle with cascading waves on either side of her pretty face. The hair laid over her plump breasts, making my eyes wonder down her sexy body.

Rushing to her side, I planted a kiss on her cheek without permission. I couldn’t help myself. The woman had me under a spell. Apparently, the spell wasn’t exclusive to me because when I looked up, Matrix was on her right side kissing that cheek. I wanted to be jealous, but truthfully, I understood more than anyone how he had no choice in the matter. He was just as helpless in his reaction to Obsession as I was. We were both on automatic. She was our addiction, and neither of us wanted a cure. Just as I was thinking of the possibility of sharing her affection, I heard Matrix try to one up me. The sound of lust in his voice triggered my competitive spirit.

“Sharon, I want to take you out tomorrow evening. What do you say?”

A low sultry voice, the likes of which I had never heard from her mouth purred up at him. When she called him by his government name, my brain near about exploded.

“Of course, Meydad. I would love to. Pick me up at 6:30?”

“I’ll be here, sweetness. Now, what are you drinking?”

“I’ll take whatever they have on tap tonight.”

Matrix set upon his task to grab a drink for Obsession, and I slid my arm around her waist. I had to feed my need to touch her. I leaned in and planted sweet kisses on her neck and then whispered in her ear.

“How did the audition go today?”

“It went quite well. We have some really talented girls to choose from.”

Matrix returned to his place on her right, but I refused to step back. After having my taste of her sugar on my mouth, I needed to be near her. Not to be outdone, my club brother rubbed his hand on her arm and leaned in for a slight kiss on the lips before handing her the beer she ordered.

The night continued like that as we sat at a table near the pool table. Obsession was almost sandwiched between us, but she didn’t seem to mind. In fact, I got the feeling she enjoyed it very much. We laughed and had fun together as a unit, the three of us. Then she just had to ask one of the questions that I hated most in the world.

“So, I know Matrix got his name because of his hacking abilities, but I have no idea why they call you Baby. What’s the story behind that?”

I rolled my fucking eyes before I could stop myself. It didn’t help that the beers I had been throwing back all night caused my reaction time to be delayed. I opened my mouth to start the stupid story but was cut off by Matrix’s loud laugh. His drinks must be kicking in too.

“That’s one of the funniest stories I have in my arsenal. Let me tell you all about it, sweetness. The MC was hanging out in some shitty bar down in Daytona during Bike Week. We were all still prospects – Ace, Baby and me. Of course we had been drinking and acting a fool all night. That’s when my buddy here had the bright idea to start messing with this couple who were all over each other. He kept throwing peanuts in the girl’s hair and then acting like he hadn’t done anything. Well, the last time he did it, the guy caught him red handed and all hell broke loose.

“The guy was wearing a cut from a biker gang called Lords of Death. Those fuckers were big and mean to say the least. But of course, we are a brotherhood, so we backed our brother. Punches were being thrown all around the bar, chairs were flying across the room and fuckers were getting their faces smashed.

“I looked up from the fucker I had just put down on his ass and saw my boy hemmed up in the corner by three of the biggest motherfuckers I had ever seen. The next thing I knew, those big fuckers were flying across the floor, one by one. Timmy was kicking ass and making a name for himself. He didn’t need any help. I tell you, I have never seen anything like it. Well, not outside of the silver screen. Once he was free from the corner, Blaze, the prez at the time, hollered out ‘Nobody puts Baby in the corner’ and a legend was born. Baby got his club name and rank all in one night.”

I groaned at the laughter that emitted from Obsession’s beautiful mouth. That story was always embarrassing whenever it was told among the club members. Everyone thought it was something to be proud of, but to me, it made me feel stupid. I mean, who wants to be known for the girlie movie that starred Patrick Swayze. If they were going to reference one of his movies, why couldn’t they have picked something cool like Dalton or Wade from Road House. Hell, I would have settled for Double Deuce, but I got stuck with Baby. And what’s worse, Baby was the girl in the movie. Fucking bastards.

Just as I snapped out of my ruminating, I heard Matrix talking to Obsession. I can’t lie, the way they looked at each other bothered me a bit. I was happy for her because she genuinely looked like she was into him, and ultimately, I wanted her to be happy. The problem was, I wanted her to be happy with me.

“I think I’m going to head out. I have work in the morning and need to get up early.”

“Alright, then. Let me walk you to your apartment. Would that be alright?”

“Yeah, sure, Matrix. You are so thoughtful. Thank you.”

What in the actual fuck? Matrix thought his ass was slicker than owl shit. While I was brooding about my club name, this fucker was charming my girl. If he thought I was going to let him get away with that shit, he had another thought coming. When they stood up to leave, so did I.

“I hate to see you turn in for the night, Obsession. I’d be happy to join you two to ensure you get home safely.”

Before Matrix could object, I walked over to her left side and started guiding her toward the elevator. I had to fight back a chuckle when I heard the disapproving grunt coming from Matrix. He was madder than a wet hen in the winter, and I gave zero fucks. As we walked toward the elevator, Matrix had his arm around her waist, and I had mine draped over her shoulder. I knew I should have been the good friend and let them have this moment to themselves, but fuck that. I deserved to be with her just as much as he did. The right thing to do would be to bow out gracefully, but I was far from graceful. I was a bastard, and I wanted what I wanted. Usually I cared about what everyone else wanted. This time I would fight for what was mine. The stakes were too high. I couldn’t walk away from her.

We made it to her front door with both of us trying too hard to make her choose. I can’t imagine what was going through her mind. There we were acting like pure savages vying for this woman’s attention. We were like two peacocks with our bountiful feathers spread out wide displaying our colors.

“Thank you both for walking me to my door. I had a good time talking with you all. Meydad, thanks again for the gifts. I will see you tomorrow night.”
