I almost lost ye

(Blakely)

Together we rolled, until I was under his weight, his warmth, and we kissed, and kissed some more, so tantalizingly slow... he held himself barely away, and teased me with trailing fingers. I licked and sucked him, and he played teasingly between my legs, until I was losing myself in want for him, whispering in his ear — again, more... want... you.... He broke away, shifted toward his wallet, and pulled out a condom. He ripped the package open with his teeth and rolled it on the length of his cock and I watched with growing excitement — then he folded back around me, and swept me close in his arms. I inhaled him, a cologne that I loved, a scent that smelled clean and manly, and wrapped my legs around him and urged, all but begged, trying to bring him closer. But he continued to tease, his hand fondling and rubbing, his lips on mine, his kisses slowly becoming deep and desperate until finally, looking out of his mind, he dropped his head beside my ear and shoved up into me. And exhaled.

I moaned, and pulled his hips near. And then we pushed and pulled, finding a rhythm of movement, a delicious sliding and wonderful friction as we thrust our hips together, I could sense his excitement rising. Then he plowed into me deep and powerful until he climaxed and collapsed, spent and heavy.

I wrapped around him even more. It took a long time of resting and holding for my breath to calm. “That was lovely.”

He nudged my chin with his to bring my lips up to kiss me again.

Then he rolled off me to the side, pulled off his condom, and looked all around. “How come the can is way across the room?”

“So I can watch your ass as you go...?”

He chuckled, “Och, the lady is objectifyin’ me.” After he crossed the room he returned to bed and I lay with my thigh up on his waist, my head on his arm.

He hooked his hand around my thigh and held it there.

Then he pulled a pillow under his head and returned his hand to my thigh.

I said, “I know it’s a cliché to say, but I could get used to this, I feel like I have always known you.”

He leaned forward to kiss me. Then remained quiet, looking up at the ceiling, as if in thought. I ran my fingers through his hair, then kissed him again. I asked, “What are you thinking about?”

“I’m thinkin’ about ye, Woodshee, and how I almost lost ye, and what a mistake it would hae been tae nae see ye anymore.” He ran his fingers down a lock of my hair, watching it fall to my shoulder. “We are verra new tae each other, but I think I ken what ye mean. I feel as if I hae always known ye too.”

I said, “That’s special, right? Like this isn’t how it normally is? I’ve been married for a while, so I’m not sure what it’s like to meet someone new, but I think this is special.”

“I think it is verra special. Ye found me three thousand miles from yer home.”

“That I did. That hike was the smartest thing I ever did.”

He chuckled.

I said, “We have to remember that, so my next daft idea we can acknowledge that my daft ideas are mostly brilliant, because that’s how I found you.” I trailed my fingers down his temple. “So what are we going to do?”

“About what?”

“About the fact that we live three thousand miles away from each other. I don’t want to be away from you anymore.”

He looked into my eyes and then nestled his lips against my neck and said, “I daena want tae be away from ye either.” He kissed my throat and then drew away, “I am thinking of a solution, but I daena want ye tae think me doolally—”

“Doolally?”

“Completely mad, I daena want tae scare ye.”

I smiled up at him. “I just said that my daft idea was how I found you, go ahead, no idea is a doolally idea. What do you want to do?”

“I want tae marry ye, Woodshee.”

“Truly?”

“Aye, I ken ye are goin’ through a divorce and ye hae a lot tae decide, things tae do, and consider, and I ken it’s nae sensible tae decide tae marry someone so quickly — the case could be made that I barely ken ye at all. We ought tae wait, but I love ye, and I daena want tae wait. I want tae get started on the next part.”

I looked him in the eyes and said, “Yes.”

His eyes went wide. “This is yer answer? I daena need tae argue?”

“You don’t need to argue, yes, that’s my answer, yes, Liam, with you it’s always yes.”
