Iwake up Monday morning and order some room service. While I’m waiting for the food to be delivered I pull out some gym clothes for myself and Thorn, stuffing them in my gym bag and then setting it by the door. I go through Briar’s bags and find something for her to wear and I set it in the bathroom. We slept the whole weekend. I think once the adrenaline wore off, we were both tired. Once the food comes, I wake her up.

Just as the story ends, my phone blows up.

“Dinner, Friday. Don’t forget,” my mom reminds me, drama over with.
“We’ll be there,” I sigh.
“I’m glad you’re okay,” she says.
“Bye, Mom,” I hang up as I hear Briar chuckle.
“Such a momma’s boy,” she teases.
“Care to say that again, sweetheart?”
“Momma’s boy,” she gets up and runs toward the master bedroom and I give chase.
I catch her, swinging her up in my arms and over my shoulders, tossing her on the bed.
“Does that look like a momma’s boy?” I hover over her, biting her lip.
“Mmmmm,” she giggles.
“I’ll show you….” I slowly undress her, smiling the whole time.
I pull her jeans down and then go for her panties with my teeth. She lifts so they come off.
