I sat on the beach watching my wife frolic in the water with her cousin, Sheree. She was positively glowing as she showed off her new bikini. Her baby bump was proudly displayed as she ran around the beach. We were at the Amalfi Coast on vacation. Our last one before she made me a father. I couldn’t wait to hold my little one in my arms and show him or her how much I loved them.
It was no secret how much I loved my Brazen. I had taken a lot of shit since we saved her on that yacht. Everyone in my family was well aware that she was adored. I would raise heaven and earth to make sure she was okay.
Rumor has it that the Feds turned up just after we left the yacht where Brazen had been held. The men that were helping Zelda ended up being fish food, as well. The DeLuca Family and The Baldwins worked together to rid The Saldonos of the members responsible for the attack on Simone and me. Apparently, the assholes had gone rouge, and the don had no idea what they were up to. I’m still not sure I believe them because the kidnappers had use of the family yacht. Plus, Simone overheard them mentioning they were reporting back to a Mr. Saldono. I am pretty sure the don had knowledge of it. If I ever find proof, he will join his friends in the Mediterranean Sea.
Since our honeymoon was rudely interrupted, I took Simone on another one to mark our one-year anniversary. We went back to Italy. It seemed my wife fell in love with the culture of my home country. Since Rome was on her bucket list, we spent most of our time there. I am sure that is where our son was conceived. I was convinced he was a boy. Now, we are just waiting for him to make his appearance.
“Nicolo, stop baking in the sun and come play with me in the water!”
Well, the Mrs. Has spoken. I am off to my next adventure. The DeLucas and The Baldwins have successfully merged into one big happy family. As we bring in the next generation, there is no telling how far we can go. Together, we will take over the world. Life, Love and Loyalty are key.
