wearing a set of faded jeans that were soft, and while they weren’t skin
tight, they weren’t that popular boyfriend cut either. Her plain black t-shirt
with the white logo for her store, Yesterday & Tomorrow: Reviving the Past
and Reinventing the Future, emblazoned across the front hadn’t been tight
either, but it couldn’t hide her full breasts, a trim waist, or her curvy hips.
She wasn’t just gorgeous, she was also strong. Fit. Her facial features, even
though she was wearing no makeup, were just as strong. She had jet black
hair pulled into a messy bun, thick lashes, dark brown eyes, a strong brow
and jawline, and full, pink lips that would probably be really pretty if she
ever used them for smiling.
Oh right. She’d also had the frown from hell painted onto that gorgeous
face. Still. She looked incredible frowning, but how much more beautiful
would she be laughing? Smiling? Her eyes lit up and dancing with joy and
amusement?
So maybe it wasn’t just the whole fact that she might lose a job that she
actually wanted and needed that had kept her up the night
