I stared at my best friend, the guy that stuck with me through every win, every loss, every piece of bad press, and every media hailstorm. Then I shifted my glance over to Madison. She’d been essentially that same person for Harper, though on a different scale.

Did it really matter at this point if I had a signed an NDA prohibiting me from sharing about what really went down in that house? I’d already lost Harper. My reputation would be unrepairable as soon as the last episode aired.

Was it worth caring anymore?

“Sit.” I pointed at the couch and ran a hand over my head. “I need to tell both of you some things.”

“What if I don’t want to hear what you have to say?” Steven asked.

“Trust me, you do. You don’t know the half of it, and neither does Harper. But you need to. And then for once in your life, you need to keep your mouth shut.”
