“Holy hell, Bambi,” he said. “You feel so damn good.”

Cassie raised her legs and locked them around Jamal’s back. “This feels good,” she whispered.

“I’m not hurting you?” he asked, taking a strand of her hair and tucking it behind her ear. “I’m worried about hurting you.”

“You’re not hurting me,” she said. “There’s pressure, but it’s not a hurting kind of pressure.”

Jamal began moving faster, thrusting deeper inside her. Cassie bit her lip in pleasure. The tension was building inside her again, blossoming deep within a place inside her she didn’t know existed. Gasping, she wrapped her arms around his neck.

“Jamal,” she cried out, stars bursting behind her eyes as she exploded again.

“Oh, my god. Cassie,” Jamal called, his face tucked into the crook of her neck as she felt him pulsing inside her. He collapsed on top of her, breathing heavily, before rolling over on his side, bringing her with his and tucking her in the crook of his legs, her back pressed against his chest. Breathing in deeply, he sighed into her hair.

“You are everything I never knew I wanted,” he whispered softly.

Cassie smiled as she heard his breathing deepen in sleep. “I know exactly what you mean,” she whispered back.

CHAPTER THIRTY-FOUR

Jamal rolled over and smiled as his hand connected to Cassie’s soft hair. He leaned over and ran his fingers through the soft tresses, breathing in the clean, mint scent that he now associated with her. Nuzzling her neck and kissing her softly on her shoulder, Cassie let out a sigh, moaned and stretched her arms and legs as far as she could. “You can do that some more,” she said.

“Do what?” he asked.

“Play with my hair. It feelsso good.”

He continued to run his fingers through her hair. “Itsmellsso good. What kind of shampoo do you use? You have to tell me.”

“Naked,” she replied with a yawn.

“I’m already naked,” he said. “Your cheap attempts won’t work with me.”

Cassie laughed. “Thatisthe shampoo I use. It’s Herbal Essences Naked Edition. Naked shine.”

“It smells like mint.”

“That’s because it has mint in it. And green tea or something like that.”

“It smellsamazing!”

Cassie grinned. “Well, thank you. It’s cheap.”

“It doesn’t smell cheap.”

“It is.”

“Well,” he said. “I don’t really care whether it’s cheap or not. I only care about one thing.”

“What’s that?” she asked.

“Its name,” he said with a waggle of his eyebrows. “You know. Getting naked.”

Cassie laughed and patted his cheek. “What time is it?”

“I have no clue,” he said. “Why?”

“Because,” she said, leaned down to plant a kiss on his cheek. “I have to take your daughter shopping today. I can’t believe we slept through the night.”
