When he moved closer to her, his erection pressed against her backside. Apparently she wasn’t the only one aroused with the scenario he had created. With one hand he continued to thread his fingers through her locks, making sure there were no traces of soap, but with his other he proved why he was such an expert pianist. He traced his fingertips over the top of her breasts and then across her nipples.

She placed her head against his shoulder as he moved his hand lower. “I’m ready for the body wash now.”

She turned to face him. “I think it’s my turn to address your needs.” Peeking down between them she licked her lips when she spied his impressive erection. “I have just the thing.”

“Don’t let me stop you.” He kissed her hard on the lips as she backed him against the wall. “I think I may need extra attention.”

She trailed hot, opened-mouth kisses across his shoulders and down his chest. “That I can do.” She dropped to her knees and glanced up at him. “For as long as it takes.”

WHEN THEY EMERGED FROMthe long, steamy shower breakfast waited for them. The aroma of the fresh bacon and sausage seeped down the hall. She was sure she’d gained a few pounds these past few days, indulging in all of the decadent foods, but she didn’t care. She couldn’t remember the last time she’d eaten so well. She’d tried many different foods but she couldn’t wait to tell her mother she’d eaten lobster. They always joked that one day they’d splurge and treat themselves to a fancy dinner. They had yet to do that.

Spencer slipped on a pair of jeans. “From the way this room smells, I’m betting breakfast is here.”

“I’m starving.” She threw on a black t-shirt and matching boy shorts. “Let’s eat.”

“That’s what you’re wearing?” He looked her over.

“What? Not formal enough for you, Mr. Cannon?”

“I’m wondering how you expect me to get through breakfast without ravishing you.” He took her into his arms. “You look delectable.”

“I could say the same about you and your bare chest. What kind of workout gets you those abs?”

“Martial Arts.”

“Really?” The thought of him sparring or breaking boards with his bare hands sent tingles through her. Could he get any more desirable?

“I’m a third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. I started when I was a kid and continued as an adult. I don’t make time for much else but I never miss my training sessions. I’m at the gym at five-thirty, four days a week.”

“You’re a freakin’ machine.” She finished towel drying her hair. “An accomplished pianist, a black belt, a billionaire, and a CEO. Where have you been all my life?”

“I’ve never associated myself with all of those labels.” He led her down the hall and to the perfectly set table. “I’m just me. Nothing spectacular.”

“Yeah, right. You’re too good to be true.” She realized why Ava couldn’t let go. Men like Spencer were hard to find. If a girl found one like him how could she give him up?

She sat down at the table set for two and placed her napkin in her lap. Luckily for her, she’d worked for her cousin’s catering business from the time she was fifteen and learned about fine dining or this weekend would have been a challenge. She managed to blend right in with all of those fancy pants relatives of his.

“I could say the same about you.” He took a seat across from her and lifted the silver lids off the platters. “I never expected you.”

“Did you think I’d be loud because I’m from Brooklyn?” She poured him a cup of coffee. “You did take a big chance by bringing me here, didn’t you? How did you know I wasn’t going to embarrass you in front of your family?”

“Actually, that thought never crossed my mind. I came after you on impulse. I’m not a very spontaneous person. I’m well-thought out and calculated. You were a whole new game for me.”

“No regrets?” She sipped her juice.

“None.”

“Good.”I don’t have any either.

“Are you ready to eat?” He took the lid off the last container to reveal the blueberry pancakes. “I made sure we had some blueberries on the menu.”

She looked at all the choices. “Who is going to eat all of this?”

“You said you were starving, and I do plan on using lots of your energy today.” He drizzled syrup over his pancakes. “I didn’t know what you’d like, so I asked them to bring a variety of items. I hope there’s something here you want.”

“Are you kidding? I love breakfast. I can’t remember the last time I had bacon.” She picked up a piece and took a bite.
