“Did you want to go home?” Sunny asked.
“Hmm…” I tapped my chin. “Not really.”
“Good because I wasn’t taking you home anyway, baby girl.”
I laughed, grabbing his hand and placing it on my lap. “I love it when you take control.”

I yawned, pulling the arm tighter around me and spreading my legs out on Shade’s lap. We had decided to go back to my place instead of theirs and just watch some movies. The girls weren’t home, so I didn’t have to worry about answering any questions they might have. Bringing a new guy home was hard but bringing home two and the questions would never end. But we couldn’t stay out in the living room for long, knowing that at any moment, someone could show up. Not that I cared but Sunny had enough problems with his relationship with Shade, I didn’t want to add any more stress by them having to deal with strangers badgering them with God only knew what.
Shade gave me a smirk, resting his arms on my bare legs. I had changed out of the dress I was wearing earlier. Not that the outfit I had on currently was any less revealing. The tiny shorts I wore, rode up some but surprisingly, the guys were gentlemen and didn’t hint for more.
“Tired, little lamb,” Sunny purred in my ear.
“Yeah.” I kissed his cheek, his beard tickling my lips. “I’ve been baking a lot.”
“You bake?” Shade asked me, tilting his head.
“Uh…just a bit.” I giggled. “It’s also why I can’t keep the weight off.” I shrugged. “I like food.”
“Weight.” Sunny lifted my tank top and ran his hand over my stomach. “What weight?”
“Stop.” I pulled it down. Although they had already seen me naked, that was different. I was out of my element. I felt sexy the night I spent with them. Also, the shot of tequila beforehand had helped as well.
Sunny began tickling me. “There’s no weight. At fucking all. You’re damn near perfect.”
I laughed, smacking his hands away.
Shade chuckled, pulling me onto his lap away from his friend.
“You think I’m damn near perfect?” I asked Sunny, hooking an arm around Shade’s neck.
“I do.” Sunny rubbed his mouth, the movement sending a flutter racing through my lower belly.
“I happen to agree with him.” Shade kissed my chin, letting his lips slide down my jaw. “Absolutely perfect.”
“You guys sure know how to make a girl feel good about herself,” I said when I suddenly remembered I had some dessert left over. “Oh.” I jumped off of Shade’s lap. “I have a surprise for both of you.”
“You better come back here naked, pet,” Shade called after me.
“Yeah, yeah, hold your horses.” I ran into the kitchen and opened the freezer.
“Hold your horses?”
I squeaked, spinning on my heel and slipped. Faster than I thought possible, Shade caught me and stopped me from falling on my ass.
“You scared me,” I murmured, running my finger over the dark scruff on his strong jaw.
“I’m sorry, little lamb. You need to be careful.”
“You startled me,” I breathed, taking in his dark eyes.
He smirked.
“I could have hurt myself,” I told him.
“I’d never let you fall.” He pulled me tighter against him until I felt every line of his hard body.
