“Fuck, Trina,” he moaned against her lips.

“Yes,” she whimpered in response, and the tear of her lace panties echoed throughout the empty house. She helped him move the ruined fabric out of the way, their movements hurried, the promise of love, of release surging a primal need through her veins.

She loved this man.

With every fiber of her being, she loved him.

She heard his gasp as their bodies met, as he filled her slowly, completely, inch by inch.

“I’m never going to leave you again,” he promised as he began to move.

“I’ll never let you leave.”

He pulled back, resting his forehead on hers as he continued to move, each stroke fanning the fire within her. “I promise you that all I have is yours. My heart, my soul. And I have that to give to you now, Trina. You bring it all out in me, you make me feel alive.”

“And I promise...” She gasped from pleasure, her hands fisting in his shirtfront. “I promise that all I have is yours. It always has been.”

“You swear?” he whispered against her lips.

“I swear.”

Their movements became frantic as he pushed them both closer to the edge. “Hold onto me, baby,” he murmured.

“Al...always. Don’t stop, Ren, please.”

He kissed her then, long and deep as their bodies found a new rhythm, one that had her clinging to him helplessly, had her cries echoing, his moan of ecstasy soon following as he came inside of her.

This time, he couldn’t stop kissing her, even as their sated bodies relaxed and her legs uncurled.

“You,” he breathed, “it’s always been you.”

“I love you, Ren.”

One more kiss, and he pulled away, a lopsided grin forming as she gasped from the sensation. She stood on shaky legs, smoothing her skirt as he pulled his jeans back up, buttoning and zipping them all with his eyes on her. “C’mere,” he finally said, his arms opened wide.

She walked into them.

She felt the love he had for her as he held her there.

“You’ve made me the happiest, the luckiest man on this planet.” He left a soft kiss in her hair. “I’ve been so broken without you.”

“You’re not broken.” She pulled away slightly. “Don’t ever say that about yourself.”

“How could I not?” He shrugged and pulled her back in. “Between my shit childhood and those ten years without you, how could I not? You know...” He left another kiss in her hair. “I spent all this time searching for family, wanting to belong, I didn’t realize I already had that. With you, with Justin, with your parents, now with Judith, too...I have family.”

“You’ve had family since you shared that Zippo with Justin and me.”

He pulled back and cradled her face in his hands. “I know that now. I know.”

“You don’t have to feel broken anymore.”

One minute he was cradling her close to him, the next he was swinging her around in a circle, laughing as she squeaked.

He loved her.

He loved her.

And he was here to stay.
