“Yeah, I’ll find another way to deal with my… needs.”
Straightening my spine, I turn away from him and walk towards the exit, feeling ten times stronger than I did this morning. When I reach the heavy metal door, Ford catches up with me and grabs my wrist yanking me around to face him. He slams me against the door, his eyes flashing with possession.
“I’m controlled in all things, Asia. That’s who I am. That’s how I need to be to survive. It’s how I’ve always been, but there’s something you must know about me.”
“And what’s that?”
“My control wanes when I’m with you. Be careful, Asia, I fuck like I fight, with a single-minded determination to win.”
“Win what?” I hush out.
Ford drops my wrist, stepping away from me. “Maybe next time we’re alone together you’ll find that out.”
“Is that so? Maybe you won’t get another chance, ever think of that, Ford?”
He laughs, giving me one of his rare smiles that makes my heart ache and my pussy clench with need. “You and I both know that our time will come and when we do…cometogether, I mean, be prepared to lose your fucking mind.”
“God, you’re cocky,” I mutter, but as we head back to Oceanside I can’t help but wonder what it would be like to lose to Ford, mind, body and soul.
