Of course he couldn’t control it, no more than I could control how much venom was injected into him.
“It is not your fault, Fynn. Please, don’t move. I need time to adjust.”
I doubted I would ever adjust to this. The men may find us dead tomorrow, still stuck together.
Several minutes passed with neither of us moving so much as a muscle. Fynn’s erection seemed to have swelled as much as the venom and his body could force it to. I could feel him pulsing inside me as my channel squeezed him.
My body slowly relaxed, adjusting to his size. The pain gradually eased and with it came small ripples of pleasure. Cautiously, I moved my hips a fraction, startling myself when a moan of pure bliss bubbled out of my chest.
“If you make a sound like that again, I will come on the spot.”
Ignoring him, I shifted again. This time the pleasure caused me to bite my lip hard enough that I tasted blood.
“My turn, princess.”
By the time he fully unsheathed himself, we were both panting hard. He hesitated for a moment, searching my face for permission.
“Claim me.” My voice had shifted to that of my Siren. He didn’t have a chance.
With one hard thrust, he rammed himself deep inside me. Our cries of pleasure echoed in the stark room. I could feel every pulse of his release, my body shuddering around him with my own climax.
I repeated my chant, bonding with Fynn. His skin glowed and swirled, inking my mark like a brand on his skin.
When the aftershocks finally ceased, we lay panting, our skin covered in a sheen of sweat. He was still inside me, both of us too exhausted to move.
“I should get up and check your wounds,” Fynn said. He made a move to rise.
“Or you could hold me while we both get some rest. I’ve never spent a night being held by a man.” I cuddled into his chest and wrapped my arm around him to hold him close.
“I’m not just a man, I’m your soulmate.” His body relaxed, and his arm slid around my waist and pulling me closer.
“That makes this even better.”
