“Good.” She nodded and moved away to open the door.
Daniel immediately sensed the distance she was attempting to put between them and frowned.
“Oh, my god! What did you do?” Harper gasped as she stepped inside. Daniel shrugged and placed his hands in his pockets. Around them, every color rose you could imagine, and as many as could fit in vases filled her room.
“Are you crazy?” she said, dropping her bags and laptop, and turning to him.
