Laughing, Lea put everything in the dishwasher and dried her hands. Jewel gripped her damp hands and brought them to her lips to kiss them.
“You just gave me the best gift ever.”
“And what was that?” Lea asked.
“You may have said no to a drawer, but you literally just said yes to a future. Way to not dash hopes.”
Snorting, Lea shook her head. “You’re too easy sometimes.”
“Maybe.” Jewel grinned. “I think you like that I’m easy sometimes.”
“Oh definitely.” Lea’s voice lowered, seduction at its finest. “Don’t forget, I have work to do tonight.”
“So do I,” Jewel whispered. “Want to do it after dark?”
Grinning, Lea put a hand on Jewel’s hip. “You’re hilarious.”
“How so?” Jewel pouted, pulling back slowly.
“You are insatiable.”
“Well, I like what I’ve found.” Jewel gave her a loud kiss on the lips. “So? Work later or sex later?”
“I think sex later, but a good taste now.”
“And you call me insatiable.” But Jewel gave in. She moved against Lea, giving her everything they both wanted, at least for that moment.
