“Because we can’t even begin to imagine what our lives would be like without you.”
I was in a state of shock, but also a state of emotional rapture. Everywhere I moved one of them was kissing me, hugging me. Sometimes even spinning me around, before another one took me.
Eventually I stared upward, into what would soon be a star-flecked sky. Right now though, I didn’t want anything to do with the stars, or the dock, or the water, or dinner…
Or anything other than our vacation bed.
“Take me inside,” I whispered, still in tears. “I need all three of you…”
As if to punctuate the statement I began kissing them fiercely, swirling my tongue through their hot mouths with ten times as much heat. Eventually, I heard one of them chuckle.
“No one’s going anywhere until you give us our answer.”
I held my hand out as far as I could. It was difficult to see how beautiful my rings looked because of all the tears in my eyes.
“YES!” I practically shouted. “Yes, yes, and YES!”
With that my feet left the floor — or rather, the dock — and I was carried quickly and efficiently back into the house. With my sundress still bouncing about my legs, I gasped again in yet another level of shock and awe.
“Oh myGod!”
The house was glowing warmly for a stunningly simple reason: one or more of the guys had snuck back and lit about a hundred candles.
“This is…”
“Too much?” asked Merrick. He pointed to the floor, which was littered in pink and white rose petals. A trail of them led upward, all along the staircase and onto the second floor landing.
“You don’t knowanythingabout too much,” Merrick grinned.
Before I could open my mouth again I was carried upstairs, pinned against Jace’s beautiful chest by his two strong arms. Aurelius and Merrick were right behind us, their expressions full of happiness and excitement, but also all new levels of lust.
Within moments we crossed the threshold into the candlelit master bedroom, where I was laid gently down — amidst a sea of red rose petals — into the center of the king-sized bed. The room itself smelled warm and rich and delicious. The scent was so incredibly familiar too, yet I couldn’t put my finger on it.
This is unbelievable.
My mind kept repeating the phrase over and over like a mantra, as they took turns undressing me. In just seconds I was down to nothing more than a cute pink G-string.
I can’t believe this is really happening…
We’d talked about our future together, of course. About marriage, and children, and being husbands and wife. Until now though, it was all talk, all fantasy. These were nothing more than good intentions we could just keep on putting off, kicking the can down the line.

I swallowed hard, realizing the ramifications of this moment. They wanted tomarryme. All of them.
Jace and Aurelius and Merrick wanted to make me theirreal,actual wife.

And I would make all three of them my loving husbands.
Oh, God YES.
The idea didn’t just excite me, it thrilled me to near hysteria. It was like a dream, really. An incredible, amazing dream, where I had to remind myself to keep breathing.
“Well?” I said, when I finally managed to speak.
“Well what?” Jace offered.
