DAKOTA

The whole next week was beyond legendary. A sun-kissed, sex-soaked wonderland of lips and tongues and delicious bronzed flesh, plus a few other more hard-hitting parts of the male body as well.

And every last drop of it was for me.

We returned from Maui relaxed and refreshed, where Aurelius greeted me with open arms. The guys had been making plans in the background I didn’t know about. Arranging things to do both for and with me, including spending as much time with me as possible before I had to go back to my frozen land of darkness.

I cut through crystal blue waters on a sleek white catamaran. Shared a gourmet breakfast at sunrise, on the rim of a volcano. We went snorkeling in turtle canyon, then watched the most unbelievable cotton-candy sunset while Humpback whales swam by, in a pod.

The pinnacle of the whole trip was on Kauai, where the boys took me on an ATV waterfall tour that ended in a remote bamboo bungalow. There we stripped naked beneath an outdoor shower, where I took my sweet time washing the mud from their hard, rippled bodies. They cleaned every inch of my body as well, but not before surrounding me on three sides and ravishing me right there, beneath the spray. One by one they screwed me absolutely senseless, each of them taking turns holding my body open for the others.

That night was warm and amazing, especially with the bungalow all decked out for Christmas with long strands of beautiful lights. Relaxing with a glass of wine beneath those colorful strands of twinkling lights was the first time it actually felt like the holidays for me, at least since I’d left Minnesota. But with Christmas itself still a few days away, a sad thought suddenly occurred to me:

I’d be celebrating without them.

I didn’t have much time to dwell on the negative, because the guys were so sweet and attentive to me. We talked about life in general, about family, about our futures. Jace and I reminisced about some of the blizzard-like Christmases we’d spent back home, while Merrick and Aurelius told funny stories about their own experiences and traditions.

We baked cookies together in the little kitchen, then stretched out on couches in the almost-darkness. There we listened to Christmas music while I gave out shoulder massages, sipping more wine and eventually dancing my way toward the pile of blankets and pillows they’d strewn across the bungalow’s living room floor.

Unreal.

I didn’t have to open my arms for them to converge on me, but I did it anyway. I wanted to embrace each one of them individually. To spend a long time kissing and caressing their bodies with the tips of my fingers, lips and tongue; tracing their muscles, their curves, their best and most amazing spots. In short, I wanted to derive every ounce of information I could and burn it into my brain. That way no matter what I did for the rest of my life, I could always remember this ten-day stretch of absolute bliss.

They made love to me slowly that night, which was an amazing and welcome change. Because as much as my body loved and even craved the unmerciful plundering they’d been giving it each night, there was a part of me that desired the emotional connection that came with kissing them, caressing them, and taking them one by one.

I don’t know when I passed out, only that I woke up curled against Merrick. Aurelius wasn’t far off, snoring blissfully away at arm’s length. My third lover however, was nowhere to be found.

Jace…

I got up and searched the bungalow, padding naked through its quaint little rooms. When I still couldn’t find him, I quickly threw on some clothes and grabbed a blanket.

The back deck of the place had a little bench that looked out over a lush, tropical garden. I found Jace there staring straight ahead, his legs pulled up to his chest.

“Hey stranger.”

My words caused him to turn, and eventually smile. I was still trying to determine if the smile was forced when he slipped an arm around me.

“Sorry if I woke you.”

“You didn’t,” I told him. “So don’t be.”

I pulled the blanket across the both of us, then leaned into the warmth of his body. It was cool outside, but not cold. I had no idea what time it was, but we were probably an hour or so before dawn.

“I’m finally adjusted to the time difference and now I’m leaving,” I chuckled.

“Ain’t it always the way it happens?”

“Sure,” I agreed. “I don’t get many vacations, but I guess so.”

Jace chuckled gruffly. “Pretty sure you just had the mother of all vacations though.”

“This one should keep me for a while,” I laughed. “Yeah.”

We sat quietly for a moment, as I marveled at the gorgeous red and yellow flowers that bloomed just about everywhere. The more time I spent here, the more strange and wondrous everything seemed. Even the sound of the insects buzzing around us was different.

“You worried about Tyler at all?” I asked abruptly.
