“That’s the good thing about having three boyfriends. At least one will like my jokes, hopefully one will like my singing.”

“Nobody likes your singing,” Seb said. “But your moaning, now that is a sound I will listen to forever.”

“That’ll do,” I said, but another growl ruined our pleasant banter. I glanced at Seamus, who grabbed his knife off the floor.

“Now, now Seamus,” I said.

“Fuck you,” he said, wobbling as he struggled to stand up.

“No, thank you.” I held my hands out again.

Finn dug his heels into the floor and scrambled backwards and away from his brother. “Not me. I’m not as stupid as him. Just kill him and I’ll be the next king,” Finn said.

I laughed at that. “You sure? He’ll get a double dose if you don’t take it.”

“All the better. He’s a twat anyway,” Finn said.

“Fair enough,” I said and looked at his brother. “Are you sure? You could walk away.”

Seamus came running to me, though running wasn’t really the right word. His legs were wobbling and looked like the last blast still affected his knees.

“Okay,” I said, and blasted another bolt of lightning to Seamus. His body shook and Finn whooped and he punched the air.

But this was eating into my lunchtime. I couldn't stay and torture him all day.Water.I said to myself, and a spray of water left my hands, covering Seamus.

“Oh… nasty,” Blake said, clucking his tongue. “Electricity and water.”

“He won’t come back,” I said.

“If he wakes up in the first place,” Blake said.

“You’re the expert in science. Physics wasn’t my strong point,” I said and shrugged my shoulders. “That’s why I’m studying law.”

The four of us stood and stared at Seamus out cold on the floor. Finn crawled to his brother. He turned and had a grin on his face.

“I think you killed him,” he said and punched his brother in the face. “That’s for being a dickhead my whole life.”

But the shock of the punch to his face had Seamus shooting up off the floor, flaying his arms in the air and smacking his brother in the face.

Finn turned to me with disgust in his eyes. “You didn’t fuck’n kill him.”

“One more dose of electricity will do it, now that he is nice and wet,” I said, lifting one side of my mouth. Wondering if it tempted him.

I was.

But he didn’t answer, and it was too late because Seamus staggered to his feet. Stared at me for a moment, pulled his brother off the floor. “Come on,” he hissed to his brother and looked at me again. “Fuck that, she’s pretty, but I can’t be doing with that in my life.”

“Dad will be pissed when we get back,” Finn said.

“That nasty bastard can go to hell,” Seamus said.

I clicked my fingers in the air, and they turned back to me for a quick look.

“I know the guy who can arrange that,” I said with a wink. “Would you like me to ask?”

“You’re a fucking psycho,” Seamus hissed as he staggered away.
