His face lit up with a smile and he pulled me against him. “Thank you,” he whispered, leaning in to kiss me. I could feel his erection pressing against me and I straddled his lap, rolling my hips against him. He groaned against my mouth as he bit down gently on my bottom lip. I parted my lips and he slipped his tongue into my mouth. His fingers dug into my waist and he rocked my body against his as he kissed me. “Joshua,” I sassed, a smirk on my lips. My stomach growled again and I laughed. “Okay, okay, you win, we’ll eat.” He lifted me off his lap and I whimpered at the empty feeling that was leftbehind.
“You okay?” he asked and I nodded, kissing him quickly on the lips before climbing out of thebath.
“I’m just going to wash off,” I told him, padding across the room to the walk-in shower. Turning around, I saw him still sitting in the bath, his eyes traveling up and down my nakedbody.
“Are you not getting out?” I asked, slipping behind the transparent shower screen and turning on the water. I waited for it to heatup.
“Just enjoying the view,” he replied, his hands going behind his head as he stretched his legs out, his eyes burning into me. I shook my ass at him before walking under the hot spray and I heard his faint laugh. I smiled as I washed my body, knowing he could see everything I was doing. A few minutes later I stepped out and reached for a towel, wrapping it around my wet body. I expected to see Josh still lying in the tub, but the room was empty. Walking into the bedroom, I could see him standing on the balcony, dressed and ready to go. My eyes drifted to his ass, his dark jeans looking incredible on him. He was wearing a white dress shirt and as he turned around, I could see that his sleeves were rolled up, his tanned forearms on display. My eyes dropped down to his feet and saw that his cowboy boots were underneath his jeans. He looked so sexy, my mouth watered, and I watched as he walked into the bedroom. Smiling at me, he sat on the bed and watched me get ready. I chose to wear a beautiful navy wrap dress Josh had bought me earlier in the day, and after slipping some flats on my feet, I was finallyready.
“You look beautiful,” Josh said, standing behind me as I looked at myself in the full-length mirror, his hands wrapping around my waist and his chin resting on myshoulder.
“Thank you. You’re looking pretty hot yourself.” I wriggled my eyebrows in the mirror and he laughed. “Today has been amazing. I still can’t believe it’s happening,” Igushed.
“It’s happening baby, and it’s not over yet.” He took my hand and guided me out of theroom.
“Best date ever,” I murmured as I followed him, knowing I’d follow him anywhere he ledme.
Waking up on my back,I stretched my arms above my head and yawned. Turning onto my side, I smiled as I caught sight of Josh. His hair was messy and dark stubble adorned his beautiful face as his thick black eyelashes rested on his cheeks. I almost had to pinch myself, still not quite believing he was finally mine. Shifting closer toward him, I felt a delicious sting between my legs, a reminder of the hot sex we’d had after returning from the restaurant. I lay staring at him for a few minutes, watching his chest rise and fall steadily as heslept.
We had until 12 to check out. Wanting to make the most of the beautiful room and the time alone, I sneaked out of bed, creeping through the double doors into the lounge area. Picking up the phone, I called down to reception and ordered room service for breakfast. Padding back through the bedroom, I grabbed my phone off the nightstand before glancing at Josh, who was still outcold.
Suddenly needing to pee, I headed for the bathroom. After using the facilities, I looked at my reflection in the mirror and winced. My hair was all over the place, and my eyes were rimmed with black from the mascara I’d failed to take off. Smiling again, I remembered why I hadn’t been able to remove my makeup—it mainly involved Josh holding me captive in bed the second we returned to the room. He’d spent what felt like hours showering my body with kisses and caresses, his hands and mouth bringing me untoldpleasure.
I turned the faucet on, splashing my face with cold water. My lips were swollen from the night’s kisses, and as my eyes dropped to my chest in the reflection of the mirror, I gasped. Pulling my top down, I saw a large hickey at the top of my left breast. I had no idea when he had given it to me, but from memory, there would have been plenty of opportunities. I covered myself up and quickly brushed my teeth, raking my hands through my hair in an attempt to try to tameit.
Once I made myself look half decent, I reached for my phone. I was desperate to tell Lib about me and Josh but I didn’t know if she’d still be asleep, so I sent her a message rather than callingher.
Me: Hey Lib! Guess where Iam??
I only had to wait a minute or so before my phone chimed with an incomingmessage.
Libby: No idea?Where?
Me: At the Four Seasons inAustin!!
Libby: What?? Whowith??
Me:Josh!!!
