Without looking around, I know she’s right. This is the place I stay while doing work for the Billionaires Club. I know well enough what it looks like. Like a typical hotel suite owned by a bunch of billionaires who don’t spend any real personal time here. It’s elegant and furnished expensively, but it’s impersonal. There’s nothing to indicate that this place is mine. There’s just a massive king size bed with white sheets and a black leather loveseat in front of the window. I’ve never been one for decoration. No point in it when all I do here is take girls to bed and work.

I raise my eyebrows and give her an easy smile. “Sure thing, sweetheart. Just let me know what you need, and I’ll make sure you get it.”

Her cheeks go pink again and her lashes flicker down to hide her pretty brown eyes before she finds the courage to look right at me again. “Oh, just some seeds and pots and gardening tools,” she says softly like she’s talking about silk wallpaper, French rugs, and Travertine tile. “You’ll see. I can work wonders with just some basics.”

It should be ridiculous, but I’m taken aback, my heart thumping loudly. It’s so obvious that she cares about poor billionaire me. My heart beats almost painfully then.

Sweet doesn’t even begin to cover what this girl is.

“I’ll get you whatever you need.” With a squeeze of her soft fingers, I draw my hand back and reach for the champagne in the bucket. “But for now, how about some bubbly?”

Her eyes light up. “Oh, I’ve never had champagne before.”

With a few motions of my hand, I pop the cork and she squeals at the noise, giggling with a hand over her mouth. I pour the champagne into two glasses, then lift mine in a toast.

“To a night of first times.” The overhead light catches the bubbles in our glasses as we raise them and gently tap the rims. “May it be everything you thought it would be.”

Her eyes widen at the suggestion in the toast, but she just smiles and takes a sip. The wine glistens tantalizingly on her lower lip. My gut tightens.

Those lips of hers look so soft, so damn kissable. But I restrain myself and just drink from my glass. The bubbles fizz in my mouth and tickle my nose before sliding smoothly down my throat. I catch her watching the motion of my throat as I swallow.

She wants me. I can see it in her eyes. Those flames of curiosity. The eagerness. She doesn’t know what’s going to happen between us here tonight. Hell, I don’t know either. But she’s so damn tempting…

Subtly, I adjust my thickening cock under the table.

Trina’s pink tongue darts out to lick the wine from her lower lip. She puts her glass down.

“I talked your ear off about my family and life.” Her thick hair falls forward over her shoulder and into her face, but she flings it back over her shoulder with a toss of her head. “What about you? Is there anything you can tell me about yourself, or is everything about you and this place a big, bad secret?” She smiles at me teasingly, and it makes my heart jump and my dick eager. I stamp down these reactions and lean forward a bit.

“No secret.” My lips curl up in what I know is a predatory kind of smile. “This is just your average billionaire’s playpen, and I just happen to be one of the billionaires bidding at our monthly auctions.” With a tip of my eyebrow I let her know she’s one of those very desirable girls.

She blushes again and bites that lush bottom lip of hers. Then over the rest of the meal, I tell her the bare bones of my life—how I got to be the CEO of Knight Investments, the relatively happy and privileged life I had as an only child before I went out on my own to create my own success.

“That sounds amazing,” she says once I finish. “You’re so lucky to have your parents support you like that.”

“Yes, I am.” Why deny it? My life of privilege was the launching pad for even greater future success. “This isn’t a bad life.”

Trina giggles, tossing her head back and showing off her soft neck and the pulse pounding in her throat. “Not bad at all,” she says after her laughter dies away.

But enough talking about me. I already know my own story. Trina is the important one here. Trina and the time we have together.

With a meaningful look, I push aside my empty plate and stand up. Trina’s plates are gleaming clean. She ate all her food and some of mine too. Even her champagne glass is completely empty. I love it. And I adore her appetite.
