Each time he raised his hips to meet hers, he closed his eyes, but Alex didn’t seem to notice. She was too busy tilting her head up to the sky and singing his praise. I slid my fingers across her lips, and she sucked them into her mouth. Her body tightened around Marcello’s cock, her thighs trembling as he fucked her. After they both came, she collapsed on top of Marcello and attempted to catch her breath.

“Damn, princess.” He shoved his hands through her messy hair, his cock still inside her. “I came so fucking hard I can’t see straight.”

After Alex slid off him, she flipped onto her back. Damian rolled onto his side next to Bastian. I made room for myself between her spread legs and massaged her clit. She moaned as our cum dripped out of her and onto the blanket.

I couldn’t wait to find out which of us was the father of her child. Even though I wasn’t so sure I was ready for parenthood, I wanted it to be mine. Marcello had claimed the first child, but there was no way that was happening with all of us forgetting to pull out. Not like I could have pulled out of her if I tried. She felt too good once I had her pussy wrapped around my cock.

“I know you keep secrets from me because you think you’re protecting me.” Her eyes flicked between us. “Just tell me one thing. Is this the calm before the storm?”

I kissed her inner thigh and lifted her leg over my shoulder. “Yeah, baby. Don’t get too comfortable. Hell is about to rain down on us.”

We stayed on the beach for hours, well past midnight, which broke Bastian and Damian’s rules. They made an exception for tonight, since it was a special occasion. How often do you find out you’re pregnant and have four men propose to you?

Marcello held my hand from the beach to the dark tunnel that led to the steel door hidden beneath the estate. This house was so bizarre. Secret passages and catacombs that connected to each of the mansions owned by the founding families of Devil’s Creek. My grandfather hadn’t shared this secret with me. All the other founders’ children knew except for me.

No matter where the Salvatores went, they always seemed to have an escape route. A master plan. I wondered what it would be like to bring a child into this world. My life had been in danger from the moment I stepped foot onto this estate. What kind of future would a child have with me for a mother and four dangerous men as his or her father?

Luca opened the steel door with a key, and then Marcello tapped my backside to move me into the dimly lit space. He seemed a little off tonight, like he was doing his best to act normal in front of us. Of course, Luca noticed and took the lead.

I thought it was strange that he was doing things for Marcello. Like lifting me on top of him, helping me fuck his brother. Not that it was completely out of the ordinary. Luca was always in charge of every situation.

Still, I hoped Marcello was okay and that he wasn’t putting on a brave face for me. I didn’t want him rushing his recovery.

“I have to stop by the vault,” Luca announced as he led the pack down the long, narrow channel lit by sconces built into the wall. “Marcello, come with me. Bash, Damian, take Alex upstairs.”

I moved beside him, even though we barely had enough space. “What’s in the vault?”

“Lots of things.” He flashed a devious grin. “Stolen artwork, jewels, money… If it has any value to my family, it’s in the vault.”

“What are you getting out of it?”

His blue eyes met mine for a moment. “Something for you. And before you ask, it’s a surprise.”

He stopped a few feet from the staircase that led to the library and gripped my hip, pulling me closer. “I’ll be up soon, baby girl.” Luca kissed my lips, a peck that left me wanting more. “Go take a bath and get ready for bed.”

Bastian’s hand wrapped around my bicep. “C’mon, Cherry. It’s past your bedtime.”

Before he pulled me upstairs, I stood on my tippy toes and kissed Marcello. It was quick, but still left me breathless.

“Come to my room when you’re finished.”

He nodded, a smile stretching the corners of his mouth, before he followed Luca toward the vault. Damian took the stairs to my right and halted a few steps before the top landing. I crashed into his back and nearly fell backward. If Bastian hadn’t been there to scoop me into his arms, I would have fallen on my ass.

“What the fuck, D?” Bastian growled. “Are you trying to kill her?”

“The door is open.” Damian angled his body to look down at Bastian. “I thought Luca locked it.”

“He usually does.” Worry furrowed his brows as he fished his cell phone from his pocket. “Go ahead. I’m calling Luca.”

Proceeding with caution, Damian pushed open the door that was ajar. I was positive Luca locked the door behind him. He was so meticulous, planned everything down to the smallest detail.

“They don’t get cell service in the vault,” Bastian groaned.

He reached for the gun tucked into his back pocket. Damian stepped into the library, and that was when I noticed he also had a gun in his hand. Nerves stirred in my belly, tearing up my insides. My heart raced so fast it felt like it was about to explode.

“Clear,” Damian said.

I let out a sigh of relief.
