I shook my head. “Worse. They know about Quinci, and they basically reacted how you said they would. And I just fear that our thing may be over before it really gets started. I have to go tell her that Denim is going to approach her with a Danger NDA packet when she already signed several at the club.”

I set my duffle bag down on the bed and started getting undressed.She could be in here with Derek for all I knew, and I was getting ready to walk in.I didn’t even text her to let her know that I was on my way. Walking in the bathroom, it was steamy, but her silhouette was on full display.
Sliding the door back, I said, “Can I join?”
She turned around and screamed. “Mr. Dymon! What are you doing! Jesus! I think I’m about to have a heart attack.”
Stepping in the shower, I pulled her to me,wrappingmy arms around her.Her heart thumpedagainst my chest.I heldheruntil she calmed down.
“In the future, Mr. Dymon, please just call. Please.”
“Okay, Princess.” I felt her smile against my chest.
“I’ll get you a towel.”
“Alright.”
When shestepped out, I stood under the water, letting the water run all over me.
“So, to what do I owe the pleasure?”
I didn’t respond.
“Dinner went bad?” She stepped back in the shower with a towel.
“Did you have drinks after your massage or what?”
“No, we had to reschedule.Now, tell meaboutyourevening and your impromptu visit.”
“Canwe just shower in silence?”
“Okay.”
When we were done showering, we both walked in the room with no towels on.
“Princess, sit on the bed and spread your legs.”
