As if reading her thoughts, he dipped a finger into her pussy, stealing her juices. Keeping her gaze, he parted her ass cheeks and teased the forbidden pleasure hole there.

Delphi gasped, focus suddenly on a place her body had never been breached. It didn’t feel wrong like she expected. In fact, the naughty sensations he caused were more than taboo.

“One of these days, I’m taking your ass.” He squeezed her cheek with his free hand, the other still playing with her virgin hole. “But today, I’m gonna make your pussy flood with your come.”

Delphi’s sex clenched automatically, the low promise more than enough to get her closer to the edge. Brewer kissed her roughly, pounding his dick into her pussy. While his left hand rimmed her tight ring, his right hand played with her clit. He pinched the bundle of nerves, and she shattered around his cock.

“That’s my girl.” His thrusts turned wild and erratic until he finally growled his completion.

Collapsing on her, Brewer kissed the base of her neck. Delphi closed her eyes, her body humming from the pleasure he invoked. She ran her fingers up and down his spine, goose bumps scattering along his freckles. She had no doubt Brewer would do exactly as he promised. Kissing his head, she listened as their heartbeats thrummed and their breathing synchronized. She couldn’t fight what she was feeling any longer. He was it. He was who she wanted.

CHAPTER29

BREWER

“Brewer, you got a second?”

Pausing outside the door following church, Brewer looked back and waited for Rubble to catch up.

“Yeah, what’s up?”

Rubble pulled off his wool cap, his tattoo-covered bald head coming into view. “Your girl all set for the Snowshoe picnic?”

As they walked through the clubhouse, he thought back to earlier that morning. He’d left Delphi with a prospect at the bistro for a few short hours. They’d briefly discussed the picnic, their attentions not keen on talking versus making other sounds.

“Uh, yeah, I think so. She and Jupiter got together the other day to go over the menu.”

They turned a corner, the pool tables coming into view. “It’s nice that Macha and a local business are going in together. It’ll really help the community outlook.”

“I thought the same thing.” Brewer passed on the offer for a Guinness from the nymph in front of them. It wasn’t too early for a drink, but his mind needed to be laser focused on Delphi’s protection until after Shovelhead was taken care of however Macha chose to do exactly that.

“She and Jupiter really get along.” Rubble led him into the kitchen where Brewer sat at one of the barstools and Rubble opened the fridge door. “It’s good for Jupiter. After all the bullshit she’s been through over the last few years, I’m glad she found a friend here.”

“Me too.”

Rubble handed him a bottled water and Brewer cranked the top until it opened.

“You worried about her?”

Brewer sipped the water. “I can’t stop worrying about her.”

Smirking, Rubble lifted his bottle toward Brewer before drinking. “Get used to that. It never stops.”

“Great.”

“But once we know what’s going on with Shovelhead, it’ll ease a bit.” Rubble leaned against the counter. “You honestly think she’s up for a meet and greet of that intensity?”

“She’s wanted the truth since her parents died last year. Delphi may not be ready to face the reality of it all, but she doesn’t want to be left in the dark about anything. Especially when it comes to her parents.” Brewer scratched at the label on the bottle with his thumb. “Kind of like me.”

“You need to know if Shovelhead killed your parents.”

“Yep, I do.” He met his brother’s unique eyes. “Dolly does too. Hell, the whole club needs to know if one of our own—our VP, for Christ’s sake—called for a hit on my parents.”

Rubble clapped a hand to Brewer’s shoulder and squeezed. “We’ll get the son of a bitch. If he did it, you can count on Macha’s vengeance.”

“See, that’s where it gets tricky.”

“With Delphi.”
