Chapter 17

Mysti May

10:02 PM FRIDAY

“I think you’ll enjoy yourself here,” I say, winking at Brendon and tugging his hand as I drag him through the front door of The Post Office.

Through my drunken haze, I stop to take in the scene we’ve entered. And he runs into me, distracted by it as well.

We’ve been in strip clubs before, but not together…

I see in the corner of my eye a wicked grin gradually spreading across his face, and he turns to me with a spark of excitement in his eyes.

“Oh, we are both gonna enjoy ourselves here.”

If I wasn’t already so turned on by Brendon, the strip club would’ve done the trick. The soft red lighting contrasts so perfectly with the hard, panty-soaking male strippers, and the vibrations from the base of the music have my cunt humming along with it.

It screams sex.

“We’re going to get drinks. You coming?” Sammi screams at us over the music.

Hell, I sure hope so!

“We’ll be right behind you,” I tell Sammi before she and Percy make their voyage through a sea of horny middle-aged women, pink boas, fake penis tiaras and ‘Bachelorette’ sashes.

Becky has been surveying the place since the moment we walked in here like some rabid dog sniffing for food.

“Becky, do you see Liam yet?” I ask her, knowing that’s who she’s looking for.

“He’s going to be so surprised!” she squeals in delight. “I can’t wait to jump on him.”

She winks at me, then heads toward the main stage, looking in every direction.

I watch as the group spreads out, losing them in the overwhelming Friday night crowd, and I take a step forward, heading toward the bar.

“Where are you going?” Brendan yells and grabs me by the waist.

“Drinks. I told Perce and Sammi I’d be right there. And I should say hi to Bruce,” I tease him, hoping to get a type of reaction from him—Bruce is scorching hot after all.

What’s so wrong with provoking him a bit? It’s all fun and games.

“Care to dance?” His tone is smooth as silk, and he inches closer to me.

“Me? Dance?” I laugh, seeing as this place doesn’t quite cater to my type of dancing. “I thought this was a male strip club? I don’t think I’m allowed.”

“How could anyone turn you down?”

He traces my jaw with his thumb and then grabs my hips, pulling me against him. Bending down to whisper in my ear, he continues, “I’ve heard rumors that this body of yours knows how to move.”

I blush, only slightly, because it’s true. Once upon a time, I did dance but only for pageant competitions. It’s been awhile since I’ve put those skills to use.

But frankly, it’s just like riding a bike. All I’ll have to do is get back on it…

I raise an eyebrow and put my hands on my hips as I come up with a challenge for him. “I have a better idea.”

“What’s that?”

“Dancewithme. I think they’ll like it a lot better since you’re aman.”
