“Yeah.” He grabs my forearm and tugs me down to the bed, making quick work of rolling on top of me. “You’re turning me to mush,” he murmurs against my lips as he presses a kiss to them.

Pretty sure nowI’mmush…

“You’ve become quite the sweet talker, as of late,” I point out.

“Have I?” He smiles against my mouth. “And here I thought I’ve always been a sweet talker.”

“You’re trying to distract me.” I giggle. “You weren’t finished telling me about your movie.”

“We can finish that conversation later. Right now, I have more pressing matters.” He grinds his erection against my inner thigh.

I swear, it’s like all we do is have sex. Not that I’m complaining. I just never realized it was possible to have this much sex and every time for it to be better than the last. Though right now, I’m not sure I have the energy to go again. I’m completely exhausted.

“Those pressing matters better be feeding me.” I turn my face away before he can kiss me again.

He drops his head, his nose pressing into my cheek.

“Fine.” He groans. “But after?”

I swear, he sounds like a kid begging to go to the park after he eats his broccoli.

“If you’re good,” I tease.

“Oh baby.” His mouth moves to my ear. “I can be very, verygood,” he whispers, his hot breath sliding across my neck.

My entire body tenses in desire.

“Or maybe food after,” I concede.

“That’s what I thought.” He chuckles, sliding inside of me moments later.

“How is it?” Treyton asks, watching me slurp lo mein noodles into my mouth.

I hum my approval.

He smiles.

It all feels so natural.

As if sitting on the floor in the middle of my living room, eating Chinese food out of cartons, with Treyton Tyler, could ever be natural. Yet, it weirdly feels like we’ve been doing it for years.

“So this movie you’re doing,” I revert back to our conversation from earlier. You know, the one we never finished. “Who’s starring in it with you?”

I swear, if I didn’t know any better, I’d say his complexion just lightened a full shade.

“Brandy.” He doesn’t meet my gaze, as he digs around in his carton, jabbing a piece of chicken with his fork.

“Brandy Hill?” My heart instantly kicks up speed when he nods. “I thought you couldn’t stand her.” The words come out more accusatory than I intend for them to.

“I can’t.” He meets my gaze.

“Then why star in a movie opposite her?”

“Look, I don’t expect you to understand how this industry works, but you don’t always have the luxury of being particular about who you work with.”

“But it’s a romance. Won’t you have to like, kiss her and stuff?” The thought has my stomach turning in the most unpleasant way.

“I will.”
