CHAPTER10

Tati

We’d haveto face reality at some point.

Later though.

For the moment, I was happily content to clear my mind of everything except the feeling of Onyx’s head between my legs.

As dangerous as I knew it was, it was hard not to think of him as indestructible.

With everything that happened to him, the man just kept going, and going, never stopping long enough to really get the rest he truly needed.

It kinda made me feel guilty.

Instead of sleeping after I’d snuck him back intoPredatorterritory, he was wide awake, face planted in my pussy like he was intent on making a career of eating me out.

In my defense, he’d insisted on this.

And the talent of his fingers, skill of his tongue made him very, verydifficult to deny.

So I didn’t.

I just dug one hand into his locs, cupping the other over my mouth to keep me from screaming my pleasure for the entire club to hear.

When he finally came up for air after licking me into a jelly-legged frenzy, he gave me no time to recover before he was sinking into me, filling every possible inch and some impossible ones.

“Shit,” I whined, digging my nails into the firm flesh of his ass as he pulled out and came right back, pushing all the way into me again. “Are you trying to make a point?”

He grinned against my lips. “No,” he said, then moved up onto his knees, propping my calves up over his shoulders. “Just underlining some established ones.”

And then… he was off.

Underlining, bolding, and capitalizing the unspoken claim that his was the best dick I could ever hope to have.

Okay maybe that wasn’t his argument at all, but he was certainly making it with every stroke, fucking me into such a delirious state of unbridled pleasure that I gave up on trying to be quiet.

The sound insulation would just have to do its job.

Or not.

I didn’t care.

Afterwards, I couldn’t do shit but lay there against his chest, half-dazed, half-asleep. I’djustgathered enough composure to insist we should clean up when my phone started buzzing with a call, which made me frown.

It was three in the damn morning.

My frown deepened when I realized it was Maite’s name flashing across my screen. I couldn’t get the phone up to my ear quick enough.

“What happened?” I asked immediately, already knowing something had to be wrong for her to call at this time.

“I messed up so bad,” she sobbed in response, which made me sit straight up.

“What does that mean?” I asked, climbing from the bed and going straight to the closet. “Where are you?”

“We managed to get out. We came to my studio. I didn’t know where else to go.”

“What’s going on?” Onyx asked from the doorway, extending a towel for what was going to have to be the quickest cleanup of my life.
