And at that moment, I’d realized that my hand was between my legs, and he saw that, too. Our rooms are separated by just one wall, so I guess he could clearly hear everything I was doing that night.

Zac never mentioned it again, but I still couldn't look him in the eyes for a week after that. Even now I can't look at him without blushing.

I don't know what he is doing to me, but I hope it'll pass when I leave for Yale and I’m two thousand miles away from him.

When the bell rings, Zac takes his place at the desk two rows behind me, and other students start to file in.

"Is this seat taken?" someone asks, and when I look up, I realize that a guy I've never seen before is talking to me.

"No," I say and move my bag to the side for the stranger to sit down.

Usually, I would sayyesto anyone to blow them off—that's why no one asks anymore—but this new guy is handsome. Also, he smiled at me so sincerely as if I was the most beautiful girl in the world.

"I'm Caleb," he says and smiles again.

"I'm Sky," I respond, smiling back.

"Sky..." he repeats, looking intently at me. "That totally suits your charming blue eyes."

He continues looking at me, and I feel my cheeks start to burn.

Is he...flirting with me? But no one flirts with me! In this school full of glamorous girls all dressed up in Chanel and Louis Vuitton, no one notices me usually.

Caleb seems sweet, and he’s definitely very handsome.

Maybe this guy is the one who can help me forget about Zac Harden?

Chapter Two

Zac

I'm pacing up and down the hallway like a lion trapped in a cage.

Where the hell is she? She was supposed to be home hours ago. How could I let her walk out of school with Caleb, the new guy who deserves to be punched right in his face for being interested in what ismine?

Oh, right, he doesn't know it yet. I should notify him.

She won't tell him this. Sky Wilson won't tell him she's mine because she doesn't want to admit it, even to herself. But the moment I saw her walk into the room to meet me, right after my father announced that he was getting married, I already knew that this girl would be mine someday.

Sky is too proud to admit this. She still thinks she'll go to college one day and get rid of me. She doesn't know that I'm attending Yale as well. She doesn't know that the second we move out of this house to live in another city, I'm claiming her, taking everything she can give me, and giving her everything I have in return.

She's still a virgin. I know that because I threaten each guy who even looks at her, let alone speaks to her. They all know it's forbidden to touch Zac Harden's property if they don't want to finish school from a hospital bed.

Sky doesn't know that no one asks her on a date because of me. She would kill me if she knew. She thinks she doesn't date because she's too shy. But she wants to be loved; I know that.

Sky pleases herself from time to time while reading those romance books she hides under the bed.

Yes, I've found them. Sue me.

Unfortunately, she doesn't do it every night, although I would be delighted if she did.

Her moaning is my savior. There’s only one wall between our rooms, so I hear every single move she makes and her every breath.

I haven't had sex since the moment she moved in, and that's why those precious moments when she touches herself are my heaven. Because at those moments, I please myself too, imagining that she's moaning because of me.

Once, right after her eighteenth birthday, she was moaning so loudly that I could not resist and went to her bedroom.

Unfortunately, she was asleep.
