"I don't mix work with pleasure," I get up. I should have done it right away, the minute she started flirting with me, but I wanted to be friendly with my new colleague.

"Does that mean that we should meet after work?" She bites her lower lip, twirling her hair on her index finger.

This woman thinks I like her assertive behavior? She'll be surprised. She believes she can seduce me into having sex with her? She doesn't even know how mistaken she is. I was so popular after the Olympics and had a contract with Speedo that women threw themselves at me, literally. She could take off her clothes entirely, but she wouldn't turn me on at all. I would feel nothing.

Because she's not Gabrielle Marcos.

"I have to go, Meredith. I have a lesson," I say without a smile, and her face changes to an offended one.

I gesture to her that it's time to go.

"Okay, baby, let's talk later then," she says and tries to kiss me, but I turn away.

Baby? What's wrong with this woman? Doesn’t she have any pride? But I have no time for this now.

When she's finally out of my office, I lock the door and run to the pool, hoping that Gabi is there. We have been getting along so well since our fight. I don't want to be the one who ruins everything.

I exhale with relief when I see her coming out of the girls' changing room, wearing only her swimsuit and flip-flops and holding her cap and goggles in hand. Usually, I turn away when I see her in her swimsuit until she's in the pool. Because each time I look at her, my dick reminds me that this girl is the only female he wants.

But this time, I look straight into her eyes, seeing a pain mixed with contempt. My heart squeezes from the thought that I'm the one who caused this.

"Gabi, that wasn’t..."

"It's none of my business," she interrupts me and turns away, heading to the pool.

"Nothing happened between Meredith and me," I continue, following her.

"Meredith," she scoffs quietly, not even looking at me. "As I said, Coach Meyers, your personal life does not concern me."

"I don't have any personal life, okay? She just flirts with me, and I wanted to be friendly." Only after I say it can I hear how stupid it sounds.

"As friendly as you were with me when we met, neighbor?" She finally looks into my eyes again and even though she's speaking sarcastically, I can see hurt in that gaze.

I take a step closer—too close, to be honest—and she holds a breath, her big brown eyes blinking rapidly. My heart beats at a crazy speed, trying to burst out of my chest.

"No, Gabi," I whisper, breathing deeply, looking at her from above, "I want nothing to do with Meredith, while with you..."

I stop because I have no words to describe my feelings. It's everything a coach shouldn't feel for his student.

"Why should I believe you?" she whispers offensively in return.

I want to tell her that she's the only woman I want to kiss; that I think about her each time I open my eyes and each time I go to sleep; that I dream about us being together every night.

But instead, I simply take her by the shoulders and press my lips to hers.

She gasps out of surprise at first but doesn't push me away when she realizes what is truly going on.

My left arm goes lower on her back, while the right one cups her chin between my fingers.

Her body relaxes in my arms, and her lips part under my onslaught. She tastes like strawberry with lime and smells like citrus mixed with the scent of vanilla. Her lips are soft and warm as they let me take them, suck them, and bite them before I enter her mouth with my tongue.

I press her body harder to mine, and her abdomen rests on my dick. I am no longer able to control myself, and that's why I let my cock rub against her belly while I enjoy her sweet lips.

She moans quietly, and my hand moves lower from her back to her ass, squeezing it in my palm, pressing her body harder to mine, so hard that I feel her hip bone on my leg, but I do not care. Even if someone saw us at this moment, I wouldn't be able to stop.

"I can't, we can't..." she pulls away, gasping for air.

She doesn't push me away, digging her nails into my hands, trying to find a balance.
