“So, I guessthisconversation is happening over breakfast,” Simon said, announcing his presence.

“Mm, I’d much prefer otherthingsto talking,” a deep sexy voice rumbled from behind me. Before I knew it, I was turned around and dipped as Slade kissed me, and I meankissedme. He didn’t let it go too deep, and righted me. I was most stunned when Slade boinked my nose with a smile, and swayed his sexy rear over to the coffee pot. Filling up a mug, I watched, speechless as my fingers touched my lips, the kiss feeling imprinted there.

Slade turned, smirking as he caught me gaping after him. When he took a sip of his steaming mug, I think my ovaries wept.Hubba hubba.

“Damn. I wish I’d thought of saying good morning that way,” his brother joked.

“You jealous I got the swagger skill, Brother?” Slade taunted, undressing me with his eyes.

“Yeah, I kinda am.” Zane was watching me too, and the room became very heated for an entirely different reason than breakfast being ready as they both gazed at me.

“Okay, okay.” I held my hands up, stepping back as Zane started to move in. “Y’all are crazy. Let’s not go around kissing Lennox before we talk. I only have so much restraint, and I don’t want my hormones to decide for me. Let’s eat first. I’m starving and only a few seconds away from going hangry.”

“You said we were gonna talk yesterday, and that didn’t work out so well, now did it, Peach?”

Ignoring the impossibly attractive but stubborn man, I sat down and started to fill my plate with food. Once I’d taken a few bites, the stomach was appeased, and I could ask my own question, effectively dismissing Slade’s jab.

“Speaking of, did you guys figure out a plan to deal with psycho Thane?”

“Do we really have to call him that? Because it’s still my name, you know?”

“No, it’s not,” I protested, laughing. “You’re Zane, get with it. I think we need to go down to the clerk’s office and change it, make it all official.” Smiling wide, I looked up at him, batting my eyelashes.

“Not going to happen, pretty girl.”

“You can say no all you want, but I think you’ll find it’s gonna stick.”

“Yeah,Zane,” Slade agreed, winking at me for good measure. Why did he have to be so charming? Simon chuckled at my distress, and Zane only rolled his eyes, going back to his food. It felt nice sitting there with the three of them around the table. I loved how they got along with one another. I couldn’t deny the chemistry between Slade and Simon either. Despite what Simon claimed about not being sure of his feelings, I couldn’t deny they loved each other. It was obvious if you looked, the way they watched one another, and the casual touches I caught here and there. If I could love four people in my lifetime and want to be with three of them at the same time, then I couldn’t deny them being together, too. If we could figure out a way to try this, they should also get a chance.

“Okay, I have an idea.”

They all stopped eating and looked at me, the weight of their eyes on me was a heady feeling, and it felt nice being their center.

“Yes, Peach?” Slade asked, giving me a knowing grin when I didn’t start right away, too caught up in their sexiness.

“Well, first, I think you should tell me the plan for psycho Thane.” Zane grumbled under his breath at my comment, but it only made me smile wider. “Then, I think we should do something… together. That’s if I can reschedule my clients again, boss?”

Slade traced his eyes over me slowly before returning to mine. “It depends on what we do if I’m going to let you off or not. I’m not line dancing again.” He lifted the corner of his lips, the lip ring catching and I wanted to lick it. Slade’s eyes held mine steady, daring me to say line dancing. Smiling, I almost said it, but I had a better idea instead.

“I think we should go to the go-cart and paintball fields first, and then I think a rematch of our truth or dare game is in order.”

Slade held my eyes, his lips spreading wider as he remembered how the last one had ended with us naked. I’d gotten trapped in his eyes, so when Zane spoke up, I blinked, looking at him.

“Like we used to play in our letters.” I nodded, having to reconcile my brain again. He was part of Blaze too.

“Well, I don’t know how this could go wrong at all,” Simon joked.

“If it ends how the last one did, Si, there’s only happy endings to be had.”

Simon looked between Slade and me, a look of understanding appearing on his face. “That’s when? You two? The night of the storm?” His words came out choppy as he looked back and forth, pointing between us.

“Yep, that’s when Slade hit it and quit it.”

“Oh, you pumped and dumped, Slade? That’s so bad.”

“Yep, he cum and go.”

“Bust a load and hit the road.”
