I was on the pill, sure, but even I knew there was still a good chance for an unplanned pregnancy, especially when you kept having sex.
“What about diseases?”
“I’ve been tested, and I haven’t been with a woman since last spring.”
That little bit of information had my attention. “Really? Why not?”
And who is the bitch so I can track her down and throat punch her?
Okay, I couldn’t really ask that last question, but it was burning in my mind nonetheless.
His mouth went back to mine, giving me another mind-blowing kiss. When we finally needed air, he drew back and looked directly into my eyes. “I’m clean, and I wouldn’t have done it if I had been unsure.”
I swallowed hard. “You didn’t answer my question. Why haven’t you been with anyone since last spring?”
Ty grinned, and my heart skipped a stupid little beat. “Haven’t been interested in anyone since then, and I’ve been busy.”
My brow lifted. Should I have been flattered, knowing Ty had been interested in me enough to have sex with me? Lots and lots of sex? I decided to leave that part of his statement alone.
“Busy?”
Ty laughed. “Yes. Busy. But I am clean, I swear to you. I would never do that to you, princess, and I know you wouldn’t do that to me either.”
